- A short drive on the roads of Qatar around the bustling areas of doha downtown amidst the beautiful Doha Skyline on a leisure evening.
Absolute bliss to drive around here, enjoying the view of sea on the Corniche side and skyline on other side, it is quite easy to get distracted by the beauty of this place.

Indeed... all the new cities(splly in middle east) are like a empty canvas for architects to have their dreams be shaped in form of buildings or landscapes....
Agreed everytime i drive to that part of city it is an overwhelming experience..

My family and I live in Doha for half a year and when we first came here she said the exact same words as you said haha.

Looks fantastic. An honest question: I know modern skyscrapers are one indication countries use as a status symbol to show that they have arrived; however, are these tall building in use or are they empty? A fundamental economic premise of tall buildings is high real estate prices and lack of land which requires building up- we see this in Manhattan, Hong Kong, Mumbai and places like that. Is it the same in Doha and Dubai? Are these buildings in use or mostly empty?
I will go to Dubai and qatar

How is it in the mid day ..is it hot and humid? I see less tree in the city..i know it is middle east thou...
april to september is hot and humid (june-july-aug being hottest 45 degrees C and above)
october, november and march have similar weather neither hot nor cold
december, jan, feb are the most pleasant months in qatar.

Yeah it has changed alot.. almost all the round abouts from city have been removed.
Im gonna upload another video soon from other areas like rayyan, wakra etc for people to see changes who have left qatar few years back.

Hey! Where are you from? I've been to Doha in 2015, but I live in UAE lol. Your Neighbour, I know things don't look well, and I hope things get resolved... but I can still travel to Doha from Oman lol. I'm not Emirati, but Im a resident :) Also, I love the buildings! I hope it gets even taller, do you know what happened to Doha conventional tower? Its like 115 floors. And I hope they continue the Dubai Doha towers, it has been on hold since 2008 I think. Its like around 90 floors or so. I hope they can make supertall ones in the near future/soon. It makes the skyline even more beautiful, I also heard of Lusail city very nice. Thanks!
