It does, but Qatar seems to have better infrastructure. The problem in Dubai is that it is too difficult to turn left. If you miss a turn on the road you have to drive like 30 minutes to recover. It's terrible.

The street lights are on during the day? Isn't that kind of a waste even for the world's wealthiest country?
It seems like it's turning into night in this video, so they probably turn the lights on at 18:00 or something like that. We do the same in Norway.
Are those tall buildings in the streets occupied?? or they just over built?
