These very same guys in this video came up to me and offered to change my flat tire. I accepted, and they pitched in, and i no time they had put my spare tire on. They then guided me out of the neighborhood. What great guys one and all.
You got a lot more neighborhoods to go Charli, I love my city it’s so diverse. You have a lot of neighborHOODS that changed, some are deserted because of the bloodshed, but you have the southside (100’s), over east, out west (290), up north and within that it becomes the different hoods, love the content thanks for coming out to the city .

Many trucking companies are looking for drivers and will even teach how to prepare for a CDL license as well as how to drive a "big rig"... The CDL license is required to drive a fire truck in Maryland, where I live... I don't know about Chicago or Illinois... Also, staying in school makes sense if the schools do the job of educating... In Baltimore, 40% of high school students can't read beyond a 3rd. grade level... One can imagine how well they are doing in their other classes and subjects... And in one of the many "academies" in Baltimore, the students there are below 1.0 GPA ! One student had a 0.13 GPA.and he was set to graduate ! He got sent back to the 9th.grade... And that same Academy is being investigated for financial "funny stuff"...

Because the main people who are affected are poor people in neglected neighborhoods. Chicago is actually pushing poor people out of the city and moving in more wealthy and white people. They don’t care about the poor neighborhoods, only the wealthy and white ones, hence the high violence rates.
