I think imported chicken is supposed to be chicken nanban instead of chicken katsu, based on how it's served with a tartar-type sauce and a variety of vegetables. Chicken katsu is almost always served with rice and sometimes cabbage. Chicken nanban tastes more similar to karaage bc it's usually fried with potato starch as well. It's a more solid, crunchy texture than panko's light crispiness.

I think it would be better if the chicken after it was finished, it was immediately put in the microwave to keep it crispy and reduce the oil🤔 After everything is arranged, the chicken is removed from the microwave and then cut and served. It's just my opinion to keep it crispy 😀
