In the comparison you missed the alloy wheels on Ray ZR. It's not present in Dio.

Burgman 125/yamaha ray zr 125/tvs ntorq which one would be better in terms of build quality, safety and mileage ?i am planning to buy burgman but confused with yamaha ray zr(how is the build quality of ray?)
RayZR’s built quality is better than its previous version. But compared to Burgman it’s the one with more sturdy built.
The main drawback with Burgman is its pricing, still I guess there is good demand.

Now coming to performance. Decent performance is there. Not as much as Ntorq.
You will get mileage around 55+ (just maintain the bike till 1st service below 50 speed).

Dio or fascino which is better in terms of power and comfort..which is more suggestible and worth for money..
I have bought Honda Dio DX , it is awesome. Getting average mileage of 57 kms ( Digital meter is superb) that too with BS IV fuel. Hope to get 60 kms with BS VI petrol. Only Honda and Yamaha have given new technologies like silent start, side cutoff switch, idle stop etc., apart from Fuel injection with new engines. Suzuki and TVS only added Fuel injection LED lights Eco meter ( in Access). Only Yamaha is giving silent start side cutoff switch and idle stop as standard features in all thier BS VI scooter's.
Which one is smooth riding scooter or low vibration
Ntorg or Ray Z ? In your opinion
For value for money I would pick the RayZR.
But for performance and overall ride experience I would pick the Ntorq.

@@dipanjanblogs8401 Ray ZR doesn't vibrate in high speeds. I have the BS6 Ray ZR and it doesn't vibrate at higher speeds. So lighter weight is an advantage as it also gives more power to weight ratio.

Still test ride both before finalising.

I don't know how you tested both scooters but I find RayZr's control better than dio and activa. RayZr is great when it comes to power to weight ratio which generate more power than dio. there is difference between 7.6 bhp and 8.2 bhp.
The initial thrust is better on the RayZr.
and night visibility is better with halogen light than Led. I had a dio bs6 and I was defeated in almost every aspect with my friend's RayZr 125. when it comes to performance dio bs6 can't defeat RayZr 125. You need to bring Activa 6g 125 to compete RayZr 125.
