Thanks for the info! Was going to order from awkward styles but was a little hesitant. Def will try them out now. Print quality is way more important than production time IMO. Your background music was really messing with me haha, I kept pausing the video because I thought my phone was going off in the other room.
Yes I agree, print quality is the most important. However I do a lot of event/seasonal designs, so for me production time is equality important. Oh sorry 😅 I think I'll stop including background music, everyone always complains about it!
@@EcommerceTom The key to background music is not to over power your voice, so set the volume a little lower, or were you comfortable to the point everything flows, but personally I don't have issue with it unlike most. Just keep producing quality content 👌

Have you ever tried making a new Etsy listing and putting Awkward Styles SKU's in? I made a shirt with them that has a dark graphic and another with a light graphic but I'm wanting to sell them on the same listing so I was thinking of creating a new listing and just copying SKU's into the new listing with all the corresponding variants. I know it can be done with Printify but not sure it will work with Awkward Styles

Just ordered a hoodie in March 2024. Beautiful thick white printed on black. But the design is skewed off center. Why is it so hard to find a reliable print provider?

Can you share the color codes you used for all the solid color rectangular blocks going down the center of your images? In trying to print a dark gray on a black shirt and I'm getting bad results with other print providers. Thank you! Chris

Is this with Awkward Styles or another print provider? Are you using CMYK? If you're using the RGB color space, it can create weird color issues when printing.
Hello! Yes the print quality from Awkward Styles is good, it also feels good but the print on the black shirt is a little heavy. The shirt from awkward styles has only been washed once but the print held up very well. I'll try and get subtitles added to this video shortly!
I switched ALL my apparel to Awkward Styles and ALL of my customers clothing and my samples came with stains. Even after washing, his clothes still had the stains. 😖

I wanted to use them but the print area seemed to be way smaller than some of the other providers. Would you say it’s enough to display a large design in comparison to other companies you’ve reviewed?
It is definitely narrower, at around 2:27 in the video there's a comparison to Monster Digital's print area. It would depend on the design on whether it would work for you or not. Personally I think the narrower print area is fine.

RGB PNG file. Yes DTG prints do sometimes smell like vinegar, this is not unique to Awkward Styles though!

great review, i wish they place each tshirt in separate clear poylmaillers before going into the shipping mailer.
Yes that does make it feel more premium, but it is also a huge waste of plastic. Having them wrapped in tissue paper would be better imo.

I think this is more of an issue with DTG than specifically Awkward Styles. I've experienced these stains with other print providers.
