And What is the story concept in Solo Leveling like? Game themed or what? And what do you want in the future in the Solo Leveling story?. Spoilers: ... ... Its fighting the Apocalypse type (but that's gonna be revealed in the 2d or 3nd season) ... ... The neat funfact about the world - it is not some "hell" in this dungeon. It is Earth in a not-so-far future. And also in the past...
im a bit disappointed so far. the premise is pretty cool and i like the worldbuilding, but at the end you see its just brainless powerfantasy with very nebulous rules. at the start it was established you can get squished real fast and lose limbs etc like a normal human. and the moment he got the gamer power he is way faster and more durable despite never leveling agility or endurance (when he put it all in 30 str and soloed the viper boss) he keeps getting blasted away but only looses a bit of hp, he gets squished all the time but its only -100 hp or so. when he got the key it was stated it was S rank so why would the Cerberus not be S rank himself? otherwise the key wouldnt state S rank (as the next key into the castle is a different one). the Cerberus already was owning his ass and then got buffed to +100% and he still survived it somehow? anything other then leaving via teleport stone is just bad writing at this point bc the Boss is just written too strong. should be impossible to win here. also why would he drink POISON that grants him -20% to damage? what makes him think it works when HE drinks it? why not throw it at the enemy? its POISON. is this a mistranslation or something bc that was stupid af. and in literally every fiction ever if a cerberus loses a head, what makes you think the whole thing dies? its almost always just the one head. i never read the OG Novel, is it any better or is it exactly like this but just in more detail (like any Books really)?
Not spoiler : 1- it is not explained in the anime but strength boosts all of his physical abilities, not just strength. Agility increases his thought processes making him see others move slower and therefore allowing him to make better moves. Also every level up he gains 1 point in each stat, it is the daily quest reward where he concentrates the points 2- The poison actually has one positive and one negative effect. The positive is reducing the damage he receives by 20%. The negative is substracting 35 points from his strength stat forever. Because he has the effect from the double dungeons where poisons don't work on him he only gets the damage reduction. 3- As for the damage from cerberus, the reason why he lost so much life at the beginning is most likely because he lost his whole arm which was the biggest damage he received from cerberus the whole fight. Also at one point in the fight you can see that his "Tenacity" skill have activated, it reduces the received damage by 50% once he is below a certain amount of health which is the reason he started taking less damage after having lost his arm. 4- The key is referring to the difficulty of the castle, considering that cerberus is the guardian of the castle, he needs to be defeated and also drops a key himself Hope this helped, if you have any other question feel free to ask
@@alexisgameurrt2054 wait so he drank the poison that would have gave him -35 stat points forever on the assumption that this type of poison would be negated when he drank normal beer and saw that alkohol doesnt work? and he didnt think to question that? that a higher type of posion can in fact work? and why would the key refer to the difficulty of the castle? the key granted access to the cerberus boss, which he killed, the other key he got is the entrance to the castle. why not just get a B Grade key now and an S Grade for the Castle entrance? would make this decision to even use it atleast be questionable but still kind of feasable for him. getting an S Class Key and using it on the assumption that it wouldnt lead to S Class difficulty is kind of a dumb move or not? that could have been a learning opportunity for the MC that not every challenge he encounters can be instantly met. thats why he got the teleport stone earlier.
@@CILinkzSpre3 1- For the poison, in the manhwa he drank it right after realizing the immunity to poisons where even if it didn't work it it wouldn't be dangerous since he would just need to focus daily ability points in strength. As for the anime, my best explanation is that at that point he would have died anyway if he didn't drink it so he decided that it was worth it to gamble. But yeah this one is definitly a risk and unnecessary change from source material 2- For the key (the one from the reward, not cerberus), the wording on its description was different from the first one he got from the system, it made it seem as if he could enter and leave whenever he wants and as it didn't seem to be a one use thing. That is why he entered on the assumption that he could leave whenever he wants. He simply intended on seing the first monster to see how powerful he would need to get and that is it, he even tested after having entered and he turned out to be right, so the key refers to the castle and is actually re-usable. 3- As for Cerberus, it may be easier to understand if you consider him the first mini-boss of the castle that gives the key to access the next stage. So the key he drops is just to pass to the next stage of the castle while the original key refers to the castle as a whole which is ranked S.
Dude never stop the video when u are doing a reaction. Watch the episode without talking so much and then when u finish u talk. That is how a reaction has to be
Im fine with the way its adapted but im not fine with the studio removing some of he comedic scenes. The scene with him eating with his sister was suppose to be lighthearted with him making fun of his sister for eating too much. He was cracking jokes back and forth with his sister to lighten the mood because he didnt want her to worry about him, for manhwa readers, below is why this is a bad thing If they keepremiving the comedic elements of the series theyre gonna end up removing the shadows comedic personalities which was one of the reasons fan loved the shadows because they all had unique personalities. Them removing the comedic elements of the show is gonna fuck up the whole vibe the shadows had. Also not a fan of how theyre making jin woo look. Theyre making him look like anos from misfits. He is the only character thats adapted that doesnt look like his manhwa version
As much as I defend this show, those are my 2 biggest complaints, im really hoping they start bringing in more comedy and get a bit more accurate with his appearance after the haircut
I don't know why i dislike this anime😅 the anime feels just weird with things like "I beat a D (or was it B?) Rank dungeon boss, and did double my amount of situps today so i guess im ready for basically a s rank dungeon 🤡" "I activate my secret skill!!!.... stabbing the boss in the eye" (Even tho both bosses had like 6 eyes) "Took a potion which had a debuff with -20% attack damage, but I still took that freaking red red name boss down in like a minute after his rage skill. Considering i did not even that much damage before." Sorry for the ranting i really want to like the anime but i dont get the hype at all. Stil animations are great obviously. But I was more invested watching the latest episode of Mashle today.
In addition... Also, wasn't the whole point of being a hunter, to earn much money to pay the medical treatment for his mother? What is his motivation? Just getting stronger? leveling up? For what purpose? Declining the offer that could help his mother and sister...? And in earlier episode. Not wanting any attention. But now he wants to go s rank or even beyond... which automatically comes with great attention and fame. Also in episode 1 didn't help want to show everyone that he wasn't weak? In one moment he wants to show that he isn't weak, but don't want credit. Doesn't want attention but wants to be s rank or ss rank?
Spoilers: From what I remember in the manwha, he wanted to test how strong he had become so he went to the s rank dungeon. That dog was high c level. He wants to become strong because for personal growth, more money, overcome threats, survival, and ensure his love one safety. He doesn’t want attention for now becasuse if he becomes too strong too fast, it draws attention. After some time and a little while later, he decided to reveal himself. He found the cure for his mother but that was due to him becoming strong.
Bruh, he only wanted to test himself to see how far off he is from reaching that level, and the debuff was removed because of the system. also The reason he didn’t take the offer is because he didn’t want to get into the spotlight too soon; otherwise, people will start wanting him and might use his family to get to him, which is why he wants to wait until he’s strong enough to protect them from anyone. Also, if you paid attention, which is pretty obvious that you didn’t from your comment, then you’d noticed that in that dungeon are the ingredients needed to make the thing that can cure his mother, which is his entire purpose for being a hunter. How about next time, instead of hating, you actually pay attention to what’s going on? This way, you won’t embarrass yourself. If you don’t like the series, don’t watch it; nobody is forcing you to.
for example when he says" you havent told anyone about what happened". in the manwha thats a clear threat from jin woo. this is only a small detail but they really add up quickly. the cliffhanger is also better in the manwha
not everything is gonna be exactly how the manwha was, i liked this episode way more than what they did with the manwha. they are making the anime based off of the light novel anyways
In the manhwa it's explained that a "blessed" loot box gives you something you WANT whereas a "cursed" lootbox gives an item you NEED.
not to impressed with the production but still decent. definetly not comparable with the manwha. its ok but there is still alot of potential lost

Sorry I wrote this all with the help of Google Translate (my English is very bad).

im a bit disappointed so far. the premise is pretty cool and i like the worldbuilding, but at the end you see its just brainless powerfantasy with very nebulous rules. at the start it was established you can get squished real fast and lose limbs etc like a normal human. and the moment he got the gamer power he is way faster and more durable despite never leveling agility or endurance (when he put it all in 30 str and soloed the viper boss)
he keeps getting blasted away but only looses a bit of hp, he gets squished all the time but its only -100 hp or so. when he got the key it was stated it was S rank so why would the Cerberus not be S rank himself? otherwise the key wouldnt state S rank (as the next key into the castle is a different one). the Cerberus already was owning his ass and then got buffed to +100% and he still survived it somehow? anything other then leaving via teleport stone is just bad writing at this point bc the Boss is just written too strong. should be impossible to win here. also why would he drink POISON that grants him -20% to damage? what makes him think it works when HE drinks it? why not throw it at the enemy? its POISON. is this a mistranslation or something bc that was stupid af. and in literally every fiction ever if a cerberus loses a head, what makes you think the whole thing dies? its almost always just the one head.
i never read the OG Novel, is it any better or is it exactly like this but just in more detail (like any Books really)?
Not spoiler :
1- it is not explained in the anime but strength boosts all of his physical abilities, not just strength. Agility increases his thought processes making him see others move slower and therefore allowing him to make better moves. Also every level up he gains 1 point in each stat, it is the daily quest reward where he concentrates the points
2- The poison actually has one positive and one negative effect.
4- The key is referring to the difficulty of the castle, considering that cerberus is the guardian of the castle, he needs to be defeated and also drops a key himself
Hope this helped, if you have any other question feel free to ask

1- For the poison, in the manhwa he drank it right after realizing the immunity to poisons where even if it didn't work it it wouldn't be dangerous since he would just need to focus daily ability points in strength. As for the anime, my best explanation is that at that point he would have died anyway if he didn't drink it so he decided that it was worth it to gamble. But yeah this one is definitly a risk and unnecessary change from source material
2- For the key (the one from the reward, not cerberus), the wording on its description was different from the first one he got from the system, it made it seem as if he could enter and leave whenever he wants and as it didn't seem to be a one use thing.

@@silvy925 What a bunch of whiney bitches.
Im fine with the way its adapted but im not fine with the studio removing some of he comedic scenes. The scene with him eating with his sister was suppose to be lighthearted with him making fun of his sister for eating too much. He was cracking jokes back and forth with his sister to lighten the mood because he didnt want her to worry about him, for manhwa readers, below is why this is a bad thing
If they keepremiving the comedic elements of the series theyre gonna end up removing the shadows comedic personalities which was one of the reasons fan loved the shadows because they all had unique personalities.
It's so nice not being a manhwa reader.. Look at you two bitching

Team who think manhwa is better 👇
I don't know why i dislike this anime😅 the anime feels just weird with things like "I beat a D (or was it B?) Rank dungeon boss, and did double my amount of situps today so i guess im ready for basically a s rank dungeon 🤡"
"I activate my secret skill!!!.... stabbing the boss in the eye" (Even tho both bosses had like 6 eyes)
"Took a potion which had a debuff with -20% attack damage, but I still took that freaking red red name boss down in like a minute after his rage skill. Considering i did not even that much damage before."
Sorry for the ranting i really want to like the anime but i dont get the hype at all.
Spoilers:
From what I remember in the manwha, he wanted to test how strong he had become so he went to the s rank dungeon.
Also this anime troupe is basically “badass anime character”
You can ask me any questions and I’ll try answering them my best of my current memory
Wow they retconed the shit out of it

Bro this is a reaction video, if you want to watch the full ep go elsewhere
not to impressed with the production but still decent. definetly not comparable with the manwha. its ok but there is still alot of potential lost
for example when he says" you havent told anyone about what happened". in the manwha thats a clear threat from jin woo. this is only a small detail but they really add up quickly. the cliffhanger is also better in the manwha

not everything is gonna be exactly how the manwha was, i liked this episode way more than what they did with the manwha. they are making the anime based off of the light novel anyways
