I am looking to add a an air ride seat to my MX6000 and wondered if that was something I could do myself or needed a tech. You answered my question! Thanks for the video.
Id say watch the video a few times. It wasn't a hard task at all. Basic tools. Maybe have someone help you get the new seat in. You can pull the two pins off the front of the original seat to make it easier to come out. I didn't think of it until I pulled the whole thing out.
If possible could you provide the Kubota part number. The dealers in my area can't seem to come up with one. They were able to get the correct seat but not the mounting plates/legs for the MX6000 Cab like yours.
Does this seat recline? I can't sit in an upright position, at least long due to previous surgeries I've had, so reclining is important to me. Also, curious ... I heard you say 'lumbar' ... does this seat have a lumbar adjustment that can provide additional support to the lower back? Last, was curious if it might fit a Kubota L6060? Thanks for making the video!

Please send me the dealers name. Every dealer in north Georgia tells me they’re is no replacement seat offered for that tractor. I willl have your dealer ship it to me if they can get it. Thanks for your help.
What was total price for everything you needed? Also, did it all come from a Kubota dealer or is it an aftermarket set-up? Would like to do the same for my MX5400 and wondered how hard it’s gonna be to track everything down that I need. I’m with ya though on how bad the factory seat sucks! No arm rests, and beats ya to death in a bumpy field!

Would you do it again without hesitation, or is it not much difference than the original seat? I absolutely love the tractor, but it beats me to death in the hay field, and wondered how much it really helps. Of course, to much higher in the seat, my head would be bouncing off the roof.
I would put an air suspension seat in it for sure. I almost ordered another seat base though before I got this one. Look at farmpartsstore.com and look at a sear base made by A&I Products Part number MA2C12. Its an air ride seat base. Not totally sure if it would fit direct. But I almost ordered it to see what I could do. But the grammar I got was a direct fit just bolt it in and go.

Mine quit working, is there a fuse for the seat compressor?
Should have pulled pins on seat hinges to make easier to remove old seat without the spring base attached.

The seat made it better for sure. But since then I went back to Deere. I have a new 4066 snow cab tractor with the big new front axle.
I have a mx6000 cab and would like to know where you got the seat and wire harness. I would gladly pay shipping to get that set up.
