I have always liked Devoin even all the way back in Teen Mom 3 days. I have always felt he is severely misunderstood. His love for Stella is so beautiful and let me tell you something that has a huge heart. It takes a special person to love a child that's not theirs. Being a stepparent is an important job because that stepparent CHOSE to love when they didn't have to. Devoin chose to love Stella. He opened his heart in spite of the circumstances. Stella came long after him and Briana broke up but he still chose to love and acknowledge her. Not only has Devoin opened his heart to Stella but also his family. Devoin's family have opened their arms and their hearts and accepted Stella. She is very much apart of their family. Devoin's girlfriend has also opened her heart. Stella might not have Luis but she has a lot of ppl around her who love her. Nova will feel good knowing that her dad and her sister have a good relationship. Devoin is a wonderful father. The Lord will truly bless this man. Luis should be ashamed of himself. Another man has to step up and take care of your responsibility. Luis might not feel any type of way now but Stella's wedding day will come and he will feel some type when its Devoin walking her down the aisle and not him.

They have seen him navigate his own way through parenthood with the tools he had at the time. They have seen him stumble, get back up and give it another go. Nova and Stella have seen Davoin survive 3 very opinionated women….and NOT leave them. Not many men would keep trying. Brianna’s wall is very high and made of stone and barbed wire. Brianna needs to open her heart to what those around her have struggled/are struggling with. Like all of this isn’t difficult enough, this plays out….in front of the world! It's crazy. Bri is saying he didn't have a place that wasn't either his mother or father's place when she lives with her sister and mother....sharing rooms, I'm sure. Before this house did each girl have their own bedroom? Did they live in a 5 bedroom apartment? Is their house now a 5 bedroom house? I bet they have some sharing going on in that house. It's easy to live in a big house when you have MTV checks coming your way plus get payment for other things to supplement your income. Devoin might not have all of the financial support that Bri has but as long as he's trying that should be enough. He might not want to get a 2 bedroom apartment when the bedroom might only be used sporadically. As long as he makes accommodations for her should be enough. She must not be too worried since she lets both girls spend the night at his place.

This young man is a perfectly imperfect example of what a dad is. These girls are so blessed to have Davoin.
They have seen him navigate his own way through parenthood with the tools he had at the time.
They have seen him stumble, get back up and give it another go.
Nova and Stella have seen Davoin survive 3 very opinionated women….and NOT leave them. Not many men would keep trying.
Brianna’s wall is very high and made of stone and barbed wire.
She makes it hard for people to approach her and her girls. Davoin just keeps climbing! Nova has seen and expressed her disdain at her dad for not showing up. She made it very clear how she felt when her dad was drunk on their day together.
Nova has also seen him nurture Stella and prove they are both worth doing better for.
Davoin has been the direct (and undeserving) recipient of all of the collateral damage Brianna’s sperm donor has burdened her with.
Brianna needs to open her heart to what those around her have struggled/are struggling with.
Like all of this isn’t difficult enough, this plays out….in front of the world!
As for Brianna’s father REFUSING to see her even today? HE is the one who’s “not a real man”! HE is the one who should look to Davoin to see what a “REAL MAN” is.
