Michael Fisher her grooves is very sharp and fast u need tons of stamina for that😆
because she made the dance super rhythmical, and without a decent amount of practise and/or knowledge about the song (like the beats in it etc, background notes) its hard to stay on beat ~
I think woonha and yeji did a really good job keeping up with the music and choreo while adding their own style to it.

I wanna learn how to dance so bad after watching this
It's easy. Stop caring what other people think. That will allow you to "flow" better with the vibe which is flowing through the sound. Start in private so you don't feel uptight as that always take you out of "flow" due to minor hesitations. I never danced a lick in my life although I wanted to. At 50 Lorde helped set me free and now at 59 I could keep up with these dancers. I kill it at EDC and Life is Beautiful in Vegas. Think i'm going to take my dance downtown and do street performances to not only make some coin but to enjoy showing other "older Kids" my age that you can do it too.

@@dreamworld9328 The best fitness training in the world. Workouts suxors! You have to force yourself to do it. With dance, you WANT to... you Can't WAIT til your next workout which is usually withn 5 minutes... IF you can control yourself that long lol.
At 50 I had given up on life... bad 22 year marriage I was in had broken my heart so severely I couldn't wait til death would come. I stopped looking at the scale at 280 lbs. I then had a a profound spiritual experience far more powerful then any other and I've had countless ones since my teens.
In about 1 - 1.5 years I dropped to 190 and am maintaining 200 currently. Had begun building the early stages of ab rips but my daughter then began interfering in pretty much everything. She's out of my life soon and within a year or so I will be a 60 year old "Ladies Man".
I have kept a vow of celibacy for the past 5 years to honor the memory of my now "walking dead" x wife. I am a Spiritual Widower. Time to bury that and dance onward with a smile on my face and a CANE in my pants lol *D

I love Lia's mind and philosophy about dance. She always gives the best advice, and when she dances, she's truly feeling the music and expressing it through her moves and expressions. And the control she has over her body is incredible. I admire her so much!

I have never learned how to dance.
I could never figure out how dancers are able to dance so effortlessly with their own moves to music they've never even heard of. I thought they were just able to time their moves right with the beat without the very key that I never found, until now. The key was right there in front of me and I just didn't see it nor put two and two together: feeling!
Feeling the beat and merge yourself into it to fully express yourself! It is as though you become a god doing this as you create your physical expressions and push it outwards for all to see!
If I hadn't come across Lia Kim in this very video on Facebook, I would have never figured it out myself!
The world of dance would have been opaque to me! The answer was right in front of my eyes all these years!

Lia Kim is really a genius. I loved all the choreos she made, they are really shows what the song is about. Lately I've been watching the choreo people made for Dance Monkey and mostly just got to be so showy with so much movements in the beginning where I feel it's more like a kind of slow dance vibe. I imagined it like the singer was watching a dancer do a ballet or just overall feel-myself kind of dance in the beginning, but sadly no one that I watched did that. But Ms. Lia Kim here just... dance to whatever my imagination wanted.
