I love the diversity of yoga Nidra. The different nuances one can perceive and choose to pay attention to - I didn't need calm and peace today, I needed energy and that's what I got, I'm feeling recharged and positive. Thank you 😊🌞🌞🌞
This is by far my FAVORITE yoga nidra meditation! You are AMAZING in all you do and give to us! You ARE changing the world, my friend! Your voice, your words....just YOU....are absolutely wonderful and I super appreciate you and your dedication. Love and hugs to you! ❤❤❤❤❤
I like your yoga nidra and how you make it a journey into space aswell ❤️ one thing you can improve, is giving a few moments of silence when you ask us to repeat the intention 3 times 🌞
.....that was very beneficial, I feel so much calmer than I have in a long while. I will absolutely do this practice with you again. Thank you and Namaste
Synchronicities exist. Today, before this practice, I read about the vagus nerve (the book, that I was reading is Find Your Vitamin Person by Marián Rojas Estapé) its connection with brain and gut, oxytocin (known also as the compassion hormone), the parasympathetic nervous system (part of the autonomic nervous system and responsible of make us feel good, relaxed), and how important it is to help us feel good. So this practice is really effective because it unifies breathing, awareness, vagus nerve, concentration, beautiful brain waves, affirmation and meditation. Many thanks to all of you to be here and to Ayla.
WOAH. The journey I just returned from…😳🌀🌎💚💫 hahaha thank you Ayla. For real. This just literally blew me away 🌬️✨🪶✨ gratitude and blessings to you! 💖🙏💝
Ayla: I have no words to thank you 🙏 I will do this a couple of times with intervals today and tonight. I don't expect any thing of preconceived experience.
This was amazing!! it brought up a lot of emotions. Your whole scope of practices are a revelation. I've been numbed out emotionally and physically since childhood, it was protective at the time but is not serving me now. Listening to your sessions has awakened sensations physically and now seems to be doing the same emotionally. I was pleased to hear a vagus nerve informed session included in your offerings :)
Thank you for your support Jordan 🖤✨ many will never attune to their emotions. i am proud of you. it takes courage to witness and appreciate these parts of ourselves.
You're the best! I'm a long time practitioner of yoga nidra and love to hear new voices. Yours is fabulous. Your sequences are smart and magical. Thank you.
I have to say it drives me a little nuts personally how guided meditations (especially yoga nidra!) take so long to get started! I'm doing these because I'm anxious. I don't have the patience to smell everything in the room and breathe with compassion for an hour before the healing actually begins. If you're already a calm person it makes sense, otherwise I can't do it.
I am sorry you are feeling anxious. I hear you, it's difficult to have patience when feeling activated. This particular recording has a vagal nerve practice and introduction involved which is one of my longer intros. In my other videos, if you click on the Chapter that says *The Practice of Yoga Nidra* you can skip all the prep work and dive right into the practice. I hope this helps... here is one I like to use for anxiety: th-cam.com/video/Cd3jAw6dXz4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=pxxTbfjMJ3MKmrjj&t=164
Thank you. I wanna express that today practice was difficult. I remained still the whole practice but I got a squeezing sensation in my right leg, most of it in the calf. I couldn't release tension of my body and my mind was wandering to much.
English is not my language… don‘t understand the Word „gaise“ or however you write this. Same thing with the word „botok“ which is used in other videos. Can anybody help?
Botok, my dear, is “buttock”. There are many words in english for this area. I know it can be confusing. And I believe you mean “gaze” when you say, gaise. Gaze is the action of looking at something with intention or admiration.
