  • PR RACING has just released its latest 4WD off-road racing buggy in 2022. The 2022 SB401R buggy is loaded with option parts and enhancements that make this one of the most bang-for-the-buck racing buggies on the market.
The build and finish of PR buggies has always been top notch. Here is the unboxing video where I go through some of the updates and features in the kit. Review and running video to come soon.

Hey there, thanks for the kind comments.
I do intend to do a follow-up video commenting about the build and the run but running footage is hard to film when everyone's busy running their cars at the track. lol! I've also got another vid I've been working on I hope to finish soon.

Nice video do you know if the new parts fit the sb401r-t? I have one on order...

Hi, most (if not all) the parts will fit on the SB401R-T as well, though specific parts may require one or two other parts to fit. One of the strengths of PR's designs (imo) is that many of their new parts are back-compatible.

@@marklim7851 yes its a nice feature but a bit expensive if you want to make the truggy uptodate like the latest buggy they could make a 2022 version of the truggy aswell

Hi, unfortunately offroad racing is currently not available in Singapore. Hobbyists run at community based tracks now at the moment. :)

Do they not sel stadium trucks or the 1/10 truggy anymore ?

Hey Kyle C, PR Racing still produces 2WD stadium trucks and 4WD truggies - the latest 2WD ST is the PR S1V3R and the latest 4WD truggy is the SB401R-T (which is based on the outstanding SB401R buggy).

Yes, my follow up video on the car has been delayed quite a bit. The car builds great and runs very well. A number of local racers here have since switched to the PR after driving it. :)

Interesting video, Mark. I drive the Type R Truggy (now discontinued) and have been very happy with it. I haven't broken anything so far. Plenty of tunability and a few nice cnc alu upgrades.
I am thinking about picking up the SB401 '22 buggy as i tbink the platform is very good., although I suspect that an updated version maybe in the pipeline. Have you heard anything about this?
