Malenia 0 hp no hit does not transition to phase two ever

This game is just simply the worst of the souls series with so many game breaking bugs and glitches. Enjoy fighting the most bs mechanics ever and even when you manage to beat the crap out of these awfully designed fights the trash says no I will NOT transition to my phase two I will just hit you now with a 10 hit combo and heal meself to 100%. FUN GAME.
