Some people need to get off their couch. Take kids tablets away and go for a walk in the woods. Sure for some it’s exploring nature. And for some it’s our food source can’t beat that in the grocery store. Been watching this show since I was six years old. I’m now 67 props to all the hard work these people put into the show. show started in 1951 go figure that sweet.
Great opportunity for hunters that have trouble getting around. Stop hating on fellow hunters, ya never know when YOU may need assistance as well. Good episode guys/gal's.
The hunting community in Michigan has lost their values, people in the comments bashing someone who has a physical disadvantage is disgusting, just because most of us wouldn't hunt a high fence ranch doesn't mean you can't be happy for someone else who has a harder time getting around hunting or in general life. The adults who are jealous of young hunters getting a chance at a buck before they can are just petty, this is exactly why lots of people quit hunting, the tradition and values of hunting in this tradition rich state have all but disappeared. Nowadays it's a group of guys just wanting to get a big buck to share on social media and gloat and if we can't get back to the days where if some guy wants to shoot the first small buck that comes by and he's happy and we can't be happy for him we're doomed.
Hey bud, very kind words! They don't understand that I've killed 20 pope and young bucks in Mi and Ohio. Elk and more. And you are right to each his own. I won this hunt and had an absolute blast with my wife and kids!!!
@@speeddeamon188 As the guy who killed it i want to say something that will make you laugh!!!. Ps juat saw this. When I counted the points I said Loudly look Da Tirdy point buck!!! They cut that part because they didn't know its a song and a quote from escanaba in da moonlight. Any Michigander hunter should know that. Kudos!
I get very disgusted at those on any forum that make negative comments on what people take in the field. Those arrogant people have no right or reason to even say negative things like” should have let him walk” or “ why are you killing those does?”. For the new hunters “ ITS YOUR HUNT” so take whatever is allowed. Don’t let the Facebook idiots dictate how you should feel or what you should let walk. ITS NONE OF THIER BUSINESS,PERIOD.
So on the bragging board according to the dnr rules 12 of the 16 deer hunters are in violation. No kill tag on the deer. Page 63 in the digest says to immediately tag before moving, field dressing, or photos. Learn about the rules or mr green jeans may ticket you and take your deer.
I'm OK with a preserve hunt if that's what you want. I wish Jenny had not mentioned the Rompola buck because I remember that as a preserve buck that someone tried to pass off as a wild, public-land buck and a state record.👎
I am "mobility limited" also and, although I could hunt public land, I am grateful to have permission to hunt some private land. Mobility issues aren't always apparent, especially on camera. Although I would not choose to hunt a high fence operation, I think Mitch has the right attitude and I don't begrudge him his opportunity.
@@wdtaut5650I thought long and hard before I did this and honestly I've killed 20 plus wild ohio and mi pope and young bucks. But lately and now that I need both shoulders replaced and another spinal fusion, you cannot see what goes on at home! Thanks to the people being kind. To the rest of you I feel sorry for you.

I'm a disabled veteran, was ticketed last year for no orange. Cost me 50 bucks, DNR said next time could be as much as 500. I wasn't on video either
@@rickfox6995 i didn't need orange where i was lol

Awesome hunting the one buck man. Just got my target buck on the 13th public land in the UP. I got the recovery on my channel if ya wanna see em!
I'm in chronic pain... No one helps me
Bud i applied and won. I also raised $25k at a speaking event for severely handicap kids! Ps sorry about your pain. I know it stinks
WOUNDED HARD BUT THE RACK WASN'T AFFECTED THAT MUCH. INTERESTING!!
No.
Way , how could you shoot it with babies😮
Oct 24nd!! 😂 Great episode. You need better grammatical editing, lol.
Haha - mortified that slipped through!! Mistakes do happen when you only have 2 days to edit an entire show!

They don’t have to be tagged on the antlers!!! Antler, jaw or lower leg 🦌🦌🦌
Who cares
Wow some people are dumb.
Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it's not tagged.
@@jackmasters9953 correct but 99% do tag the anglers

There's a lack of hunter orange, required for all firearm hunts in Michigan. Even on Comercial property
Not true.

Come on now. That guy Mitch could easily get in a blind on public. He doesn’t have to shoot zoo animals, not as God intended.
