As an old codger having been in full time employment for 15 -66 I never had down time and now health issues. I am so envious that you are able to achieve this and all your other adventures so young and free. Anxiety is understandable when alone. You are responsible for ever decision. I know how that feels and when you do anything alone it’s harder. Balance it with the people that would give their right arm to do your adventures especially at your age. Love the series and excited for this trip😊
I am very lucky to be able to do this. I remember sitting at my desk one day working and thinking that I could work from anywhere so why am I sat at home? So I bought my caravan. I thought that if I didn't take the opportunity to do it now, I probably never will. Thanks so much for watching and following us along on this adventure.
When I was young, anxiety was a feeling I called excitement, as I aged I renamed it anxiety, mainly because as I aged I realised a whole lot of things could go wrong.....not many things ever have, and nothing ever I couldn't deal with.....so I try to re-frame anxiety as excitement

I did most of the things you are doing fifty years ago. I have to admit I am jealous. You are fortunate to be fit, to have the health, strength, and means to get up and go and do it. All good luck to you.
Have a terrific two month adventure Roz and Winston, I’m looking forward to watching you both explore and show us the wonderful places along the route. Stay safe and take care.
It wasn’t long ago you were practicing reversing the pod in a car park and now look at what you’re doing , I’m sure you’re an inspiration to many independent people that they can also get out and adventure. So looking forward to the Scotland adventures, good luck 👍
I can so relate to your travel anxiety as I get exactly the same travelling in my motorhome with my two dogs but as soon as I get somewhere new it’s always amazing and relaxing 😊 I used to travel around China for work and felt exactly the same before leaving home so it’s not just the camping thing .
Yes, it's always the first bit of travelling. As soon as that is out of the way, I'm all good 😎👍🏼 All the best on your adventures. Thanks for watching.
Well done Roz you are doing really well, Love your Winston. I’m heading to Galloway in my caravan next month for 4 weeks with my Springer and Shepherd.
Roz I don’t pretend know how anxiety affects you, but having watched you for the last six months , I just wanted to say your doing great and take confidence from what you have achieved on your own previously. Try to remember what good feels like and that will get you through. Looking forward to the rest of your adventure. David
It's just pre-adventure nerves as I worry if I have packed everything and prepared sufficiently. Once I've left home then there's no need for me to worry anymore because if I've forgotten something then it's too late 😅 Thanks so much for watching 🙌 Glad to have you along on this adventure.
I really enjoyed this video. When I was 25, I’m now 50, i spent one year travelling around Australia. It was the best thing I ever did. Good on you for pushing yourself as this will only give you, and Winston, the confidence to go on bigger and better adventures.
That's how I get prior to a trip cancelled two trips this year due to anxiety.Experience tells you what you need and worst case anything you forget on long trips always shops. Have a fantastic trip in Scotland.
Mines not been so bad that I’ve cancelled, although I do feel as though I want to. But once I’ve left home, I’m all good. Thanks so much for watching and following the adventure!
Looking forward to following your adventures on this trip, looks like it will be amazing. Oh how I miss Tesco & Morrisons lol. I showed this to my wife who is from Chile and she is loving the scenery. We hope to be back in the UK next year and I will get to show her some of the amazing places. Now for the most important part ... Winston, he is one happy pup, always wagging his tail. Love him !!!! 😊 Stay safe
If you're spending much of your time in the Outer Hebrides then you're in good hands. Salt of the earth people. Beautiful terrain and amazing beaches. Enjoy yourself, relax, and take it a step at a time.
You're amazing! I opted for a body leash and have both hands free. I harness my basset hound and off we go. I'd like you to have the stick even more for protection, if necessary. Winston is the cutest "star" of his own reality show! 🩵🐾🦴 He's so cute...brave enough to frolic ahead...a bit, but looks over his shoulder to set eyes on mum! So sweet.
Nice to meet your Channel. To know your Island by your eyes is a pleasure, and your inteligent comments, neat and slow speaking makes a cake to enjoy for not english speakers out there. Thanks a lot.
Hii , I can't help laughing at you sometimes , sorry 🤣🤣... but you are a professional camper long time ago 🥰 ! And I love the way you take care of all of your stuff, a lot of people don't care at all. Can't wait to see the northern scenery /landscapes. I'm going on a weekend trip with my caravan and my "new" car tomorrow ... hmm I'm very excited 😊😊
Hello, your new challenge is great, it is just as you describe it, leaving the comfort zone, it is taking that step, the song you used that talks about that is great! Winston a charm! This time I used Google Translate, greetings
What!!, you're not thinking of swapping the Pod are you?🤔🙂. Seriously though, I'm exactly the same as you when it comes to going away .in my Microlite, I get all anxious and flustered, (have I locked the house up properly, did I pack the bedding the list goes on) until 10 minutes into 😢the journey when I know the Van hasn't fallen off the back of the car🤣), I've got my wallet and bank card, keys - check etc. I can then start to relax and enjoy the trip. Look forward to seeing your adventures in future vlogs Roz.👍🙂
I won’t be swapping the pod just yet, but I think I would like something a bit bigger run future. My anxiety is exactly as you described it; just making sure that I’ve done everything I need to do! 🙈 Thanks for watching.
Loved this video! Thanks for your honesty about anxiety, I experience exactly the same. So glad you push through it and then share your adventures. I'm looking forward to the rest of your trip
Ive been along the Outer Hebrides in a camper van. I think you will like it. Not so many people. Very beautiful in a wild way. You are very inspiring and I like the detail. I will keep watching.
Great to see you and Winston out on another ( very big) adventure and thanks for taking me along . You really have done a lot of planning and organised packing so I hope you’ve not missed anything. Very wise to give the swim a miss, it looked pretty cold . Interesting about the sheep dipping though . Have a safe journey and take care both 🐕🦺👍
Hi Roz, I’ve just ‘found’ your videos and this series is perfect for me as this is what I want to do. I’m just in the planning stage to start next year and as I say these videos are perfect. Thank you. All your prep and anxiety I can relate to as I’m on my own too. Love the note on the dash about the height as an example. Can’t wait to watch the next episodes 😊
@@Roz-Ventures thanks for taking the time to respond. I’ve been trying to work out for a while now what to do as I love caravanning but being ‘just me’ nowadays and a virtual dog at the minute finding your vlogs has inspired me to investigate a go pod or a micro van set up and get out there with my current virtual dog! Thanks again you’re an inspiration 😊👍🏼
I had a go pod for a season I am in my sixties and realised towing wasn't for me. I now have a campervan which suites me better. I really admire your determination.
Hi, I’ve been travelling for decades and I always get anxious before a journey but like you I relax within minutes on setting off. Strange but that’s just the way it is ! I even mentally rehearsed how I negotiate my exit out of a carpark 😂 having spoken to my best mate he is exactly the same ! Loving your travels thanks.
A few minutes in and I want to say how much I resonate with ‘I don’t want to…..’. Over the years I’ve come to acknowledge my ‘stage fright’ as a welcome and necessary precursor to meeting a challenge (be it big or small) that makes it a success. I’ve never known anyone else feel the same. Back to the video…….
I try to use it as a sign that I’m actually doing something challenging and worthwhile. Changing my perspective helps me to work through it. Thanks so much for watching. Hope you enjoyed the video 👍🏼
The anxiety thing before setting off is completely normal. I get the same and it's a relief when I set off because it all just disappears. I agree about the hiking poles, too much of a faf. Good luck for the rest of the trip.
I guessed you were heading to Scotland, didn't factor the Western Isles in! Can't wait for Galloway and the Cairngorms. Just remember, the sensations we get when feeling anxious are exactly the same as those when we are excited. And this is exciting!!
Thanks for sharing this one, very enjoyable. Now i don't feel so bad when i nearly talk myself out of going on a trip. In fact, i have done just that a couple of times in the past, and felt ok about it, until the next day, then felt stupid. Really looking forward to following this adventure. All the very best of times.
Ignore that comment. It was meant for someone else but I clicked reply on the wrong one 😅 That was the first time I had been to leisure sales. It’s a great place 👍🏼
Thank you. I've seen that campsite, but they didn't take bookings. It was just turn up and see, and I couldn't risk not having a pitch with a caravan so I booked somewhere else. Thanks for watching.
video quality miles better than when you used your phone. We still carry our Kettle, Toaster and Air fryer in the boxes they came in minus the packaging
Thanks so much! This little action camera with tripod also makes filming much easier. It took a few days to get use to it, but no I really like it 👍🏼 Thanks for watching
I'm exactly the same every time I load up the van and get my dog into her traveling crate. I feel like I'm making a huge mistake and everything would be better if we just stayed home. Then we get into the woods by the river, settle into the reclining lounger, and she hops up into my lap and the world is perfect. You and Sir Winston will have a grand adventure.
I understand your doubts completely. The "Why am I doing this?" hits me every time. I have a van but go away with a friend. 4 dogs, 2 people. Once we've gone, we've gone! As for the poles. I take them out, look at them and do without....
There is a lot of faff with going away in a van/caravan. The packing and the planning is a chore in itself 😅 but like you say, once you've gone, you've gone! And I always end up having a good time. Thanks so much for watching.
Always used to get nervous before our caravan holidays, think it was because so many things could go wrong and once you’re away you lose control of where vehicles can be repaired and 4 kids! 2 months and 16 sites - you need a sign on your van saying you do driveways and gardening😉
Just so excited to be off again with you both. Early mornings are the best times to be up and about. GordaleScar brought back many memories for us and our black Labrador (mountaingoat) . Understand the anxiety, you are very brave. Can also understand about walking poles, do you think you'd drop it, reminds us too much of glove episodes. 😂 Really enjoyed going along and thank you so much for taking us Winston getting famous. Enjoy yourself and make many memories. ❤.
I often think to myself like you described about making that move out of the comfort zone about those astronauts who woke up in a nice warm bed one morning and a few hrs later were strapped inside the top of a Saturn rocket ready to blast off to the moon. I then get my act together at the speed of light...😊😊 Brilliant vids by the way I'm watching them all from the beginning, they don't half remind me of the adventures I had with my spaniel.
That's a brilliant example; I may be having anxiety about leaving the comfort of home, but at least I'm staying on this planet 😂😂 Thanks so much for watching and following our adventures. Glad to hear that you're enjoying them.
Love the video it's so interesting good on you for doing this give everyone the boost to try it alone .so here is a treat for you both 🍷🦴 have a wonderful time
I've done pretty much this exact trip sans a caravan, just in a rental car. Over 20 years ago! Great that you acknowlege your nerves, label them and just get on with the adventure at hand. I also remain impressed with the production quality of your videos and would love to know what software you use to do all the titles etc -- loved the 'typing sound' of your text in the beginning of this video. ❤
@@Roz-Ventures I also wanted to mention something (potentially) a tad weird -- in the series Elementary (feat Sherlock Holmes) there is a crowd known as 'everyone' -- it's a virtual eyes on the world blah blah blah and it helps him solve a few crimes / stay safe. Please keep in the back of your mind you have an 'everyone' -- there are a ton of your channel followers who are essentially one big fan base /family. If you need us, we're here. That's coming from a 61 year old techhie based in Australia! Who has load of friends in the UK who are white knights. xx
Wow. Just found your channel recently as we were curious about a Go Pod. Winston steals the show. Mesmerised with the fact his tail doesn't stop wagging. We have two Border Collies and loved all our walking activities. They are 14 now and walks over a couple miles are not suitable, so love the enjoyment of watching your exploits.
Winston's walks are getting shorter and shorter. It is sad but he's still very enthusiastic about them though 😅 14 is a great age, your dogs must be well loved. Thanks so much for watching 👍🏼
One tip about the bike and being concerned about the overhang - you could loosen the stem bolt slightly and rotate the handlebars 90 degrees. Tighten it back up and leave it that way until you need to use your bike.
Only 5 minutes into this and just have to commend you on your approach to embracing your anxious feelings. It's taken me 67 years to "begin" to recognize this. OK, I'll get back to the video now 🙂
I can relate to your anxiety at the start of your trip. I'm currently on day 6 of my NC500 adventure. First time this far from home on my own, with Buddy my dog and first time camping full stop. Like you I could have stayed home where it's familiar, but I pushed on and am glad I did. So well done you too, don't know if I could do 2 months straight, having said that I've slept better in my car than my own bed, aches and pains are minimal considering I'm contorting myself into the back of my car.😂 I look forward to your second installment.
We did the the NC500 last year and I had the same pre-trip worries but, like you, I loved it when I was out there. Enjoy the rest of your adventure 🙌🏼 after a few weeks of getting home, you wont remember the sleeping pains, only the amazing things you saw and experienced. Thanks for watching 👍🏼
Nice start to your latest adventure Roz. I’d like to share a tip with you which I was recently given regarding chemical toilet chemicals, which is to use non bio laundry pods/tabs or just the liquid, instead of even the eco friendly chemicals. So I thought I’d try this on my recent tent camping trip to France. I use a nappy bucket, as it has a tight fitting lid, for when I need a pee in the night and don’t want a trape across a dark campsite. I usually use the blue chem toilet liquid but this time I added a single non bio laundry pod, and do you know what? It was perfect! No nasty smells, only the smell of the laundry liquid. When I emptied the bucket there was still only the smell of the laundry liquid and once ringed out, the bucket was very clean also. So if I were to use a porta potty, I would add two pods or two capfuls to the waste tank and a single measure to the fresh water tank. This will ensure that your bowl smells fresh also. I’ll be doing this in future. Oh, and the reason for non bio? If your waste goes into a septic tank on the campsite, the bio will kill the good bacteria in the tank, and we don’t want that. So non bio only. Happy adventures 👋
That’s great, thanks so much for sharing that tip. I usually use the blue and pink chemicals but they’re not eco friendly and not suitable for most places in the Hebrides, so I bought the eco pods. But after using the pods, I’m not a fan of them. They don’t work that good in my opinion so your tip is very welcome. Thanks for watching 👍🏼
That'll be a great trip. Your ideas and they way you use your space is an education, thanks. Sir Winston is one very happy hound. Looking forward to your next episode.👍
totally agree with you - the anxiety at the beginning is the worst - plus the hassle of packing and then it all gets better - awesome you are setting out on - smashing narration as well - good luck!
The constant panic that you've forgot something or wondering if you should pack extra of this or that - it's exhausting!! 🙈😅 But that's done now, and the adventure has started 😀 Thanks so much for watching.
Having to be rooted to my home and work in an office, I should hate watching your videos and the freedom you have, but I don’t 🙂. I’m two years away from retirement now and am planning those years to be full of mini adventures, probably with a tent strapped to my bike. I love your little caravan but not sure I’ll be able to afford, we’ll see. Anyway, love the inspiration you’re giving to me and so many other folk, anxieties and all! Subscribed to follow this latest adventure of yours and Winston’s 🤗
Before the Pod, Winston and I use to travel around in a tent. I use to load everything into the back of my van and off we went. We could only go in summer when the weather was on our side, but we still had some brilliant adventures 🙌🏼 Thanks so much for watching and following along.
Hiya Roz and Winst, I've watched about half a dozen of your videos at random so far and I'm still intrigued, it's nice to see a determined lady trying out adventures like what you're doing it must be hard at times. I often think about doing what your doing. I'll watch some more of your Vlogs first and maybe get a boost to give it a go. Thanks for taking the time to do these videos it gives me a preglimpse.
Travelling alone is always more apprehensive as you don't have someone behind you going c,mon this will be great .if it all goes to plan fine !..but if it doesn't that's the story behind the journey. Been there experienced it .toughen up alls good 😂

Takes bravery to go out on your own I’m 10 years older and still haven’t left my comfort zone
Ì just love the way winston runs off then turns around to make sure u are behind good luck on your adventures I will be watching them all
Life is too short to live in your comfort zone. Having said that, Winston always seems to be in his comfort zone.
Winston is just happy go lucky 😅 He would have a great adventure in a cardboard box 😅
Thanks for watching
Never seen a dog wag his tail so much 😂
I like how Winston’s tail goes around like a propeller when he speeds up….
When I was young, anxiety was a feeling I called excitement, as I aged I renamed it anxiety, mainly because as I aged I realised a whole lot of things could go wrong.....not many things ever have, and nothing ever I couldn't deal with.....so I try to re-frame anxiety as excitement

Glad you like them!! There's quite a few videos now so you've got plenty to go at 😂😂🙈
Thanks for watching.
I did most of the things you are doing fifty years ago. I have to admit I am jealous. You are fortunate to be fit, to have the health, strength, and means to get up and go and do it. All good luck to you.
Using an Allen key you can re-allign the bicycle handle bars along the axis of the bike, that will give you 300mm less anxiety re hedge interaction.
Winston has 100% confidence in you ... And you should too ! Another excellent, world class vlog !
Winston is a happy to go anywhere as long as I have his toy and treats 😅
Thanks so much for watching. Glad you enjoyed it.
Just realised tonight I joined you on Part 4 so watching now how it all started on the big trip
Enjoy!! It’s a very big trip! I’ve just published Part 37 of it this evening 🙈
Have a terrific two month adventure Roz and Winston, I’m looking forward to watching you both explore and show us the wonderful places along the route. Stay safe and take care.
Thanks you so much for coming along on this adventure. I hope you enjoy it.
Wish to find your video four months ago💝to send my good energies to you💝 hope your ok & back to your safety zone 🤗
As a rescue dog, Winston must be amazed at his new life.
I rescued him when he was 1 year old. He’s 12 now, so I don’t think he knows any different. This is just his life 😅🐶
missed a beautiful area along past nairn and Lossiemouth absolutely beutifull
We've just moved to Scotland and that's not that far now, so I'll put it on the list for future adventures 👍🏼

That reversing practice has came in very handy!! I've had to do my fair share so far on this trip! 😅
Thanks so much for watching and following along.
Oh darn, I wanted to watch you deal with the cows!! lol
It wasn't very exciting. I just waited for them to move and then sneaked down the path 😅🙈
Thanks for watching.
I’ve only just started watching your videos, I love them already. I wish I had your guts 😊

Thank you. All your prep and anxiety I can relate to as I’m on my own too. Love the note on the dash about the height as an example. Can’t wait to watch the next episodes 😊
Thank for watching. I hope you have a great time on your adventure :)
Well done Roz, brilliant first vlog on this awesome adventure.. Great soundtrack! x
Thank you. It's been a while since I've edited a vlog so it took me a bit longer than usual 🙈 Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
You've got this. Just enjoy one day at a time.
Trying to take it one campsite at a time.
Thanks for watching.
I had a go pod for a season I am in my sixties and realised towing wasn't for me. I now have a campervan which suites me better. I really admire your determination.
I'm glad you found a solution that works for you! Wishing you lots of happy adventures.
Thanks so much for watching.
When u were explaining about hands, all i could think of was " nice drystone walls, look at the workmanship" 😄
😂😂 I actually edited a bit out where I talk about the drystone walls 😅 … I talk about them on another day too 😅
Thanks for watching 👍🏼
Anxiety is awful I totally understand. Well done for facing your fears head on and living your best life. This Great Grandmother is so proud of you.❤
Thank you so much! 😊🐶
I've subscribed. I want to be part of this. Amazing route.
Awesome, thank you! I hope you enjoy the videos.
Great Vlog and the mini air fryer is a superb idea.Loving the caravan and Winston.
Blessings.
The air fryer has been a game changer!
Thanks so much for watching 👍🏼
Brilliant first video, looking forward to the rest of the adventure… skinny dipping and dodgy cows 😬 whatever next? Have a great time guys 💙🐶💙
Our hikes are always eventful 😅
Thanks for watching
I love your videos Roz and your accent gets me every time
I have a bit of a weird accent 😅
Thanks for watching 👍🏼
I know how you feel, prep and checklists help me.
Yep! Lists upon lists 😅 I have a spreadsheet also of all the campsites, check in/out times, deposits paid, travel time between 🙈🙈
Thanks for watching
The anxiety thing before setting off is completely normal. I get the same and it's a relief when I set off because it all just disappears. I agree about the hiking poles, too much of a faf. Good luck for the rest of the trip.
Glad it's not just me 😅🙈
Thanks so much for watching 🙌
I guessed you were heading to Scotland, didn't factor the Western Isles in! Can't wait for Galloway and the Cairngorms. Just remember, the sensations we get when feeling anxious are exactly the same as those when we are excited. And this is exciting!!
That's very true! Nerves could just be excitement!
Thanks so much for watching 👍🏼
I love your outlook on life & your lifestyle .... Touché
Appreciate that. Thanks so much for watching.
Leisure sales where we bought our new van last year
No. I clean the leather, oil them, and then once the oil has soaked in I put a layer of waterproof wax on 👍🏼
Thanks for watching
Ignore that comment. It was meant for someone else but I clicked reply on the wrong one 😅
That was the first time I had been to leisure sales. It’s a great place 👍🏼
Whist on Harris, stay at Horgrabost. The most magical location.
It took a few days to get use to it, but no I really like it 👍🏼
Thanks for watching
I'm exactly the same every time I load up the van and get my dog into her traveling crate. I feel like I'm making a huge mistake and everything would be better if we just stayed home. Then we get into the woods by the river, settle into the reclining lounger, and she hops up into my lap and the world is perfect.
You and Sir Winston will have a grand adventure.
You’ll luv the Ooter Hebrides Roz. Safe travels Quine.
Thank you 👍🏼
@@Roz-Ventures Hi Roz , Quine is an old Scottish word for Queen!
@@AUCHTERMUCHTYZZ and here’s me thinking it was a typo 🤣🤣 Thanks for clarifying 👍🏼
Safe travels on journey, relax and I'm sure you'll be fine, You luck after your mum Winston.
We’re both doing good 👍🏼 thanks for watching
Winston packed his chew toy; he's ready. Looking forward to your telling us of your Adventures Roseanne. Wishing you the best.
That's all Winston needs. He's a simple creature 😅
Thanks for watching.
Very thorough and responsible loading process. Other travelers could learn a great deal from you about planning and packing.😊
Thanks so much!
Always used to get nervous before our caravan holidays, think it was because so many things could go wrong and once you’re away you lose control of where vehicles can be repaired and 4 kids! 2 months and 16 sites - you need a sign on your van saying you do driveways and gardening😉
A bit of cash in hand on the way around 😉😅
Thanks for watching 👍🏼
Just so excited to be off again with you both. Early mornings are the best times to be up and about. GordaleScar brought back many memories for us and our black Labrador (mountaingoat) . Understand the anxiety, you are very brave. Can also understand about walking poles, do you think you'd drop it, reminds us too much of glove episodes. 😂 Really enjoyed going along and thank you so much for taking us Winston getting famous. Enjoy yourself and make many memories. ❤.
I think I would be forever dropping the hiking poles 😅😅🙈
Thanks so much for watching and following our adventure.
Cheers 😉
I often think to myself like you described about making that move out of the comfort zone about those astronauts who woke up in a nice warm bed one morning and a few hrs later were strapped inside the top of a Saturn rocket ready to blast off to the moon. I then get my act together at the speed of light...😊😊 Brilliant vids by the way I'm watching them all from the beginning, they don't half remind me of the adventures I had with my spaniel.
That's a brilliant example; I may be having anxiety about leaving the comfort of home, but at least I'm staying on this planet 😂😂
Thanks so much for watching and following our adventures. Glad to hear that you're enjoying them.
@@Roz-Ventures Ha Ha.
As far as I'm concerned you are both the stars of the vlogs Roseanna😊
Ah thank you! 😇🐶
Love the video it's so interesting good on you for doing this give everyone the boost to try it alone .so here is a treat for you both 🍷🦴 have a wonderful time
Thanks you so very much! I'll treat myself to some cake and get some ham for Winston. Appreciate the support. Thanks so much for watching 🙌
Glad you enjoyed the video. I use Adobe Premiere Pro for editing 👍🏼
Thanks for watching 🙂🐶
@@Roz-Ventures I also wanted to mention something (potentially) a tad weird -- in the series Elementary (feat Sherlock Holmes) there is a crowd known as 'everyone' -- it's a virtual eyes on the world blah blah blah and it helps him solve a few crimes / stay safe. Please keep in the back of your mind you have an 'everyone' -- there are a ton of your channel followers who are essentially one big fan base /family. If you need us, we're here. That's coming from a 61 year old techhie based in Australia! Who has load of friends in the UK who are white knights. xx
Well done Roz a breath of fresh air look forward to next one
Thank you so very much for watching 🙌🏼
It is sad but he's still very enthusiastic about them though 😅
14 is a great age, your dogs must be well loved.
Thanks so much for watching 👍🏼
My new favourite channel. Randomly came across this and so glad that I have.
That's so good to hear! Thank you very much for watching.
Roz we all love you both the same❤.So excited to see the rest of this journey 👍.Remember we are all here for you ❤
Thanks so much!
Looking forward to this trip with all the updates😊
Thanks so much for following along! 🙌🏼
One tip about the bike and being concerned about the overhang - you could loosen the stem bolt slightly and rotate the handlebars 90 degrees. Tighten it back up and leave it that way until you need to use your bike.
That’s a great suggestion. Thanks very much 👍🏼
Only 5 minutes into this and just have to commend you on your approach to embracing your anxious feelings. It's taken me 67 years to "begin" to recognize this. OK, I'll get back to the video now 🙂
Thanks so much! Hope you enjoyed the video 🙌🏼
@@Roz-Ventures Greatly enjoyed it. Thank you!
🙈😅 But that's done now, and the adventure has started 😀
Thanks so much for watching.
We could only go in summer when the weather was on our side, but we still had some brilliant adventures 🙌🏼
Thanks so much for watching and following along.
Hiya Roz and Winst,
I've watched about half a dozen of your videos at random so far and I'm still intrigued,
it's nice to see a determined lady trying out adventures like what you're doing it must be hard at times.
Been there experienced it .toughen up alls good 😂
A few things have not gone to plan on this adventure, but I guess that's what makes it an adventure! 😀
Thanks so much for watching.
