    Really important points to consider, that foot path can be annoying. It’s good houses are cheap but looking for a house for 6months? That’s scary! Thank God you are settled in now.
    Waiting for next video on the best regional areas💙💙

      Thanks for being here hun ❤.
      Yes it took that long partly because I was considering a lot of things like , size (we wanted a big house for our growing family) price, location (most of the ones we saw were located in the bush. I was afraid of some kind animals) I wanted somewhere i really like for long term stay.

    Newcastle is not considered regional Australia. It’s a metro city on the coastline and is a popular place to live. It’s only a 2hr drive from Sydney.

    • @VerabellaOparah
      @VerabellaOparah  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah I do wonder why it was made a regional area. An hour 40 minutes from Sydney in some cases actually. It’s getting more and more popular yes 😊

      @@VerabellaOparah regional or region just means location. :of or relating to a particular region, district, area, or part, as of a country; sectional; local: you were living on the coast, coastal region,

    My parents fell for this hype years ago! It was not long before we moved back to the city. Paucity of employment , educational opportunities for young ones, sheer deprivation in medical care, the list is endless. Avoid it. There is a reason behind getting unsuspecting immigrants to accept regional Australia!

  • @jamesbedukodjograham5508
    @jamesbedukodjograham5508 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Unless one becomes an Australian Citizen one becomes only a permanent Migrant status.
    Regional Australia have more gardens and huge houses out there.
    In the big Cities there is loads of Traffic and Urban Problems out there,

    How much did you have to pay for the hotel? 6 months is an absurd amount of time to live in a hotel room.

    Newcastle is a nice city compared to where I lived when I first came to Australia about 15 years ago. It's called Armidale its really dry and boring. Newcastle to us then was a mega city.

    • @VerabellaOparah

      Haha and I thought Newcastle was dry and boring when I was moving from Sydney. Newcastle is fast developing now. I’ve heard of Armidale. Would like to visit someday 😀
