Theyre scammers. They were hoping paypal or their credit card would issue a refund and let them keep the part because thats what happens to sellers on forums. Wait till they start telling paypal they didnt get their part or its missing stuff or its broken 90 days later and paypal gives them their money back and lets them keep the parts on ya. Its happening to people on forums so much a few of them shut the for sale section down.
You should change the restocking fee to the price of the exhaust when someone gives you this excuse again.

That is egregiously stupid. My dad owns a retail flooring store, and I've heard some crazy stories, but never anything of this magnitude. Wow, just wow. I'm now anxiously awaiting the day that dad calls to tell me that a customer is angry because they didn't get the flooring, installation, work van, and forklift for the single square foot price of $1.39 plus tax! Brian, I cannot imagine being in your position dude. You're calm and collected relative to what I think I would be. Haha

I've worked fast food places, and believe it or not but I've had people come into the Long John Silvers I worked at, looking around and then asking if we had pancakes. For some reason they thought they were in IHOP (which was the next building over in a completely different parking lot). Also had someone come in through the drive though and ask for a Big Mac, Whopper, and a Cheese Quesadilla thinking he was at Mcdonalds but even they don't have whoppers or a cheese quesadilla (pretty sure he was high or something)
