Thanks for the link I'm downloading it now I'll probably give it a shot in a few minutes. Always enjoy watching your videos. Always excellent content and great advice.
Thanks for the video, Mike. Is that green tinge at the top of the windshield not a tint to provide a sun screen? I know older cars had them in green, blue and brown.
Try all of F40lovers F40 models, hes done lots of specs and spent countless hours on them. Absolutley brilliant mods. My favourites are F40 92 and F40 LM. Love the Singer!
Beautiful looking mod but I can't say I like how it drives. Numb and flat ffb and when the rear steps out it's damn near impossible to catch it. There are so many sweet driving mods in ac, but this is not one of them (imho). Surprised by the praise this one gets.
its horrible atleast RWD version drives not like a Porsche. the numbness and understeer at lower speeds is intense and then suddenly at higher speed the rear breaks out for no reason and sends u into a wall. i tried different setups but it cant be fixed. the handling model is broken. but u can swap it out for the Singer from MNBA. Its not the most realistic thing, but atleast its driveable.
I feel the same. I tried to drive this new update on the Nordschleife and unless I drive very slowly in every bumpy place I end up losing control of the car completely. It seems to me that there is something wrong with the suspension, it is too stiff, the wheels constantly lose contact with the asphalt.

It seems to me that there is something wrong with the suspension, it is too stiff, the wheels constantly lose contact with the asphalt. This reminds me a lot of what happened with the NSX mod. It was brilliant and then they started bringing in "innovations" from the Custom Shaders Patch and ruined the car. The same thing seems to have happened here.
Old Porches was known as widowmakers. Because of how the turbo could catch the driver out, in a rear heavy car. The remedy was to stomp the throttle and not lift off. The Singer's in Assetto Corsa acts more like a deranged serial killer who kills anything in sight. To me. The car characteristics feels "enhanced" to cartoon levels. A far cry from the Yellow Bird. One of the best cars in the game or other 60's 70s 80s Porches in AC. Perhaps I need a DD wheel to feel in control over this car? I don't know but here's what Top Gear said in their review. "Grip is consistent and generous, and the Bosch traction control unobtrusive. Switch it into Sport or Track and you get more movement from the back, but it’s never snappy or inconsistent." But snappy and inconsistent was exactly how all the Singers cars where to me. Unless "Driving Miss Daisy" I deleted the car pack after 30min. But I'm keeping the Yellow Bird.

@@felipetartasics The inherent characteristic of Porsche is there and clearly that was the goal. There's quite a few good videos with the Singer's getting high praise for its handling on track from Chris Harris and Top Gear and others. I doubt they would have enjoyed these Singers.
I totally agree. I 'know' how to drive and drift(also on high speeds 160kmh/100mph the AC YellowBird, but this one with 390 normally aspirated hp wil try to kill you even at 60mph in third gear oversteering like a madman. There is something definitely wrong with the tyregrip and or the suspension: I tried lowest PSI at the rear tyres, 'no' arb at the rear, etc etc, it's still too much of a handful compared to AC Yellowbird, AC old Carrera RSR, even the 935 and DRM cars is easier driveable than this Singer 1.21 iteration imho.....Cheers Robin
this is one of the worst driving cars i have ever tested a Porsche (especially a restomod) does not handle like that.. i drove the RWD version like it should be. And the light front under acceleration is turned up to the max. so tons of understeer... and suddenly at high speed the rear breaks out and sends u into a wall. this reminds me of the TechArt Porsche mod that got a lot of critique. the mod is super nicely made but the handling is atrocious. Kunos showed how Porsches can feel... but that mod aint it.

I have all of Ben's cars in my AC installation, can't get a hang of 3D modelling myself so people like him are the ones I adore the most.

When ever 604 drops the details of a mod I go download it 😅 never disappointed
@@Belly6815 thanks so much! I’m glad people enjoy my recommendations
Alfa Romeo GTAm is a good cruiser and fun to drift through corners.
Comment for Engagement: Nice! I had the previous BO Singer, I can't wait to give this one a drive!
Again, another really cool car. The sheer lelev of content for AC puts it way out in front for me.

My dream car. And the Senna NSX :P
Mike like usual making peak content.
Tandragee with the ‘classic’ skin is one of my favorite cruising spots.

Rss protech , bmw & 2010 f1 they driver superbly now
One of my favorites so was bummed the other day when I tried to load it and it was broke. I know what I’m doing later today.
LA Canyons... The most fun!!!

I love to cruise the Lotus Evora GTC by Kunos. Can I do a livery for you? I made a lot

It sits WAAAAAAAY to high and has the wrong textures. No PBR. Its old stuff. The wheels and tires are goofy looking too.

I agree. The handling and ffb is horrible. The car seem well made but the ffb is too peaky and feels like a cheap mod.
The ffb is trash . Too strong and peaky .
@@HDRGamingHub lol. Never heard of in-session FFB adjustments? Lol
@@SimRacing604 I adjusted the ffb but is still peaky. It feels like a cheap mod imo .
