    Its so great to hear this again, Andy! so, it's also ok to think of things you are proud of that were done by your physical self, right? a lot of teachers said don't think of anything about yourself, they are all egoistic. that actually threw me off quite a bit.

      Yes it threw me off quite a bit for years. It’s ok to feel really good about yourself and even feel very special. But that doesn’t mean ur better than anyone else. The best rule of thumb is to see how it makes u feel. If u feel good than it’s great.

      Hi Andy, i found that when i kept my mind thinking positive with words, that actually got me using my analytical mind more... a lot more. that made me more restless. trying now to think wordlessly or just feel with heart of the positives seems much better. Also, breathing slow, long, deep is very important for me at least. and also, when any negative thoughts or resistance thoughts come up, i now try to let them be and watch them. they seem to go much easier and come back less. will continue practicing. thanks again!

      @@hooverwong252 it is totally possible to think positive without engaging in the mind acitvity. I have personally helped a lot of people achieve that so it’s totally possible.

    just one question
    is there a difference (and if so could you elaborate on that a bit) between affirmations and positive thoughts/gratitude.
    Somewhere in the video you mention thinking positive thoughts before doing affirmations, I saw those two as the same, is that different for you? was just wondering about it now

      Yeah! Gratitude are positive thoughts to raise your vibration in general and affirmations are like specific positive thoughts to manifest something.

    Nonsense new age claptrap bro. ,except the importance of gratitude. The more you increase your vibration, the more solid you become. Rocks and metals are high vibe, softer things vibrate slower. The optimum vibe is serenity. Use the term high spirits or high morale.
