Definitely a ton of struggles early on and even after presence but eventually things became super amazing once I got the hang of it:)

Good stuff. Thanks Andy. Yeah, seems like the first thing to realize is what your present state/thoughts are, and examine why. Then flush them away since they usually are just a waste of energy. For me, at times the thoughts are frantic and like a runaway freight train. It's awesome to stop and realize that, flush them away, then be in a meditative state and moving forward with positive thoughts.

One suggestion I would make is to not even analyze your thoughts at all! Just straight up observe them. The root of it all is simply your attention to them there’s no reason to mentally “dig” which will only keep u feeding that frequency!

Summary-ish: Quiet, calm and presence is 1 level. Raising vibes to another level is about developing positive thoughts and gratitude/appreciation. Alignment with source through thoughts. When adding positive thinking/appreciation, you are raising vibe toward source frequency. The better you feel within, and the better things appear without. Just work on practising positivity via thinking positive thoughts. Work on this 1-2 months and you will notice the results.
