@@bubbba. u just have to get really present before u go on the phone or talk to other people. Or u might no be commited to presence enough in ur daily life.

when i focus on one thing, i realised the thoughts still manage to creep in and stay in the background of my mind. it doesn’t go through me because i keep resisting. so i’m trying to accept them and observe instead which seems to be working better😕

@@bubbba. it’s hard to tell u what to do based on quick comments. The best thing I can say is 1. Are u consistent with ur practice all thru ur day? 2. Ur probably still thinking a lot about presence. Questioning it. Analyzing it, wondering if ur doing it right etc. 3. It’s totally ok for now, stay consistent and commit, the presence process is not as clean as people make it out to be. Keep focusing even when things get dirty
@ i’ve been doing the observing technique because it’s the only thing helps me with resistance even tho it’s not the best technique during the day. i tried to focus on one thing but refocusing after having a thought is hard and causes resistance. 2. yes the thoughts keep lingering in the background. thank you
@ without diving deeper I cannot fully help you. It’s ok to still struggle with ur thoughts and distractions for now. Keep getting better. U don’t have to be perfect just be effective and consistent.

@@B132xx yes it’s the same. Literally just become present. I feel like ur choosing to overthink the practice rather than just doing the practice of directly being present. (Which is a rather common thing people do)

I do find an "escape" or dopamine fix scrolling through the echo chamber.... mindfulness is also trying to stop certain music habits. Difficult to navigate, but i honestly have to acknowledge rap music in general is low vibrational.
@@AnthonyMobberley trust me u don’t have to give up music, rap, or ur phone. But yes make an effort to focus on your mindfulness practice. I was just bumping the Kendrick album

Focus my attention on my breath, in other words, mechanicaly breath deliberately instead being unconscious of my breathing, is it a presence technique? Thanks for your teachings!
Anytime u focus 100% of ur attention onto something ur being present. It could be ur breathe or it could be a dot on the wall or the air conditioning or even silence. Doesn’t matter. Pick something and give it all ur attention. Breathe is a good one.

Hi, Thank you for this wonderful video! I have a question-during the morning hours, I’m often in a hurry and forget to stay present. Later, I realize that I was completely unaware of my thoughts or actions while rushing through things. How can I address this?
@@vidyagr676 literally do a better job of committing to presence first thing in the morning. The moment u get up become super present. Ur busy morning reflects the busy mind chatter u have, it’s an external manifestation so when u fully commit to being present every single morning not only will it internal world change but ur external world will get more peaceful. Watch my other videos where I teach my presence techniques and pick one and commit to it every single morning. Even if u have days where u fail. Keep doing it.
