    perfect and very well said i have a flat in this project , and i am feeling cheated from the day one , every thing that was told to be was wrong this agreement was given to me only when i paid them 16% and there was no way i could have with drawn from the projects this project had 18 owners was only brought to my attention when i read the agreement in the BBA office i was not happy with the agreement and fought with signature management for not making me aware about it earlier but every one acted like if i was asking a stupid question , not only that the payment plan is time based not progress based even the carpet area which is shown in the sales cost sheet is diffrent then the area written in the agreement , the area in the contract is 30% lesser then that is written in the sales sheet. this builder is very crooked builder . they gave me a credit note of 5 lacks while booking the flat and told me that this will be encashed when i will pay next 20 % but when the payment of 20% came they refused to honor the credit note , now i am struggling with the management to get the credit note honored.

    If this is not right, then why RERA allows such things? They have approved the whole land of 17 acres?

    Can you pls highlight the connectivity of this project, as the builder has shown multi connectivity roads in the project. But all on paper, in real no road exists. One road passes through govt land which they suggest connects to pataudi road, but in real that is private property. And from Dwarka Expressway they are said to have direct connectivity through wide roads, which in real are agricultural lands right now, there is a very narrow road passing near drain which is connecting this to Dwarka Expressway. Is there any dispute regarding the land for the road connectivity, if you can kindly highlight.

      yes its written in BBA and they do not show u the BBA copy or agreement copy before you book the flat or even go for BBA

      We got the Proforma BBA more than 2 weeks ahead of actual BBA signing date finalisation

    This guy is teaching the people trade of land buying and land acquisition. This trade varies from state to state . There is nothing wrong mentioned in BBA of signature global .

    18 additional thugs along with original thug will make the life of buyer miserable....no point in going ahead with this agreement.clearly a 100% rejection case.see the new tricks employed by crooked builder to checkmate gullible buyer

      Please request the builder to send you the agreement for City 93 or whatever other projects you wish to consider. It is your right to read the proforma agreement even before you pay them a single rupee as token or earnest money.

    My Update of my booking of my flat in signature global city 93 , when i was booking the flat i was offered a discount of 5 lacks from signature , i was not happy with the discount so i refused then i got a offer that we cannot offer you discount directly from signature we will offer discount through our channel partner. they offered me another 5 lack in the form of credit note from the channel partner , i agreed to that and i was given a credit note that can be en cashed after i pay my 16 % payment and this credit note was supposed to be addressed in the next 20% payment, I paid the amount asked in demand letter excluding the credit note amount , now both signature and the channel partner both are not honoring the credit note and i am been paying interest while i am fighting with the channel partner and signature both are now not responding. this credit note will be honored was agreed in written via email from the relationship manager from signature but both are not acknowledging it , i am food one more time by Signature. Guys please do not invest in this project i am stuck but you guys save your self.
