Well we now have a New Mary Queen of scots film with Soairse Ronan as Mary and Margot Robbie as Elizabeth I I watched the film and honestly is not that good. Its not horrible but its my least favorite movie about the tudors dinasty. The Elizabeth movies with cate Blanchet and The other Boleyn Girl are much better. The film was a little too slow and i feel like very little importance to Elizabeth but what bothered me the most was no wallsinham Who was a key advisor in Elizabeth's succes. He is a key character in Elizabeth's story one of the most important. En in her life

I bought this series on you tube and I thoroughly enjoyed it as much as Tudors. I loved the story of Elizabeth the ruler, how people called her reign... the golden age. A part of me believes that some day a woman should be given the opportunity to be President of the United States. The only reason Elizabeth was a good queen because of her heart and putting her country first. Does such a Ruler exist today who has not been tainted by greed and selfishness?
I like anne + Elizabeth but the reign series shouldn't speak harshly about her father henry, as he was TOLD Anne Boleyn was adulterous - maybe she was, for she needed a SON.
VC YT Henry was an ass, somewhat psychotic imo and is more remembered for all his dead wives and being a shit father than anything else. Anne Boleyn was NOT adulterous, those were trumped up charges, so that Henry could get rid of Anne and marry Jane Seymour. He already had got the executioner before the trial ever happened bc he was ALWAYS going to have her executed. He was a EVIL bastard and the fact that Anne's daughter became the greatest English monarch is beautiful karma.
And Henry just wanted Anne gone because she didn't deliver a son. If Jane had a daughter and lived then she would have been screwed. It's only by luck she had a son.
