Water has been OOP on DVD for quite some time. Though it did get put out as a freebie for one paper, I can't remember what paper now. Optimum Releasing put out a DVD series of HandMade Film titles like Mona Lisa Bullshot, Bellman and True, Withnail and I, Water etc.... many years ago. I've never seen that Polygram/Decca records soundtrack of Water though.
