Great joint Kuba , decided days ago that leg workout tomorrow going for 31 or more reps squat 225 top set ( I alternate high reps and 6 rep heavy squats ) training to be top shape , I mean as big and ripped as I could be for my 60 th birthday, as long as I wake up that morning it will happen and your joints bruv inspire and motivate
@Kuba I just completed my squats Fk 225 I did 235 for 36 , man I feel alive haha , not bad for someone approaching 59 years old , thanks for the inspiration
Hi mate sorry if this is a silly question but for example you say 1 set half squat but I assume you don’t just stack the weight for 1 set, hit it then move on. Do you do a few warm up sets for each of these movements but only count the working set and if so does this session not take ages? Cheers!
Eating like a baby but much more every 2-3h sleep at least 10h a day have nothing else to do like normal work. Takes a lot of steroids and training like a bull 🐂 that’s all secret 🤫 in bodybuilding sport. Thank you

I don’t count warm up / feeder sets
Would the linear version of a hack squat train basically the same movemnt as a leg press?
No - leg press you are in position where your hips are flexed, hack they are not so much more quad bias
