    Thanks to one of our nc750x community members, Relson Alves from Brasil, we are able to show you the complete results of the Dyno Tunning made on the Honda NC750X.
    Remapping graphics, the gained horse power and the new obtained top speed, you'll find it out by watching this video until the end.
    #nc750xdyno, #nc750xtuning, #hondanc750xdyno
    When u get your bike tuned on a dyno you are getting a custom map built specifically for your bike and this process can last over an hour.
    A dyno tune commonly provides for maximum power, better drivability, good fuel economy and a smoother ride. It increases the horse power of your motorcycle and returns the motorcycle to stock fuel economy. It also prevents or minimizes backfire.
    Let's see how the Dyno Tunning worked out for the Honda NC750X and what results do we have afterwards.
    Special thanks to Relson Alves (Instagram @alvesrelson)

    I'm sure the feel of the bike improved more than the numbers would lead you to believe. As others have commented, a much better result would be achieved by removing the cat and using an aftermarket exhaust when dyno tuning. But you'd change the whole character of the bike. It would be much louder. I'd just like an 850cc version of this thing that had more power from the start. Honda, are you listening? 🙂

    The most important thing is rev limiter moved higher, for this piece of equipment its a must have.

    My 2021 nc750x manual consumes 3.45 liters per 100km combined highway and country road riding here in norway. I think no need for tunning.

  • @huevfo
    @huevfo 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

    I think it needs adjustments at exhaust system ( swap caatalyst to flamecutter or just remove it totally ) to get more and then remap ECU again. this engine has pretuned to work with lean mixture and low rates but it can perform much better. just remind how gas consumption increases after you got 140km\h and more. the Exhaust system is a bottle neck of this engine it just doesn't allow to receive more air for the engine. but on the other side Limited ventilation at burning chambers increases fuel economy but gives you low HP and rising durability.

      Unfortunately , in Romania the laws about modifying the exhaust are very strict

  • @c0c0asauce

    The gain was more significant than I expected. This engine likely won't tolerate much of an rpm increse even with a custom ground cam and headwork. I think it makes plenty of power but theres always forced induction if i turn out to be wrong.

    • @kilogramusmaximus29
      @kilogramusmaximus29 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I did it on my manual 750X 2020 and I would say it feel like around 10% faster, powerful, dynamic without compromising fuel efficiency- it stays the same or ever slightly better (bearly noticable improvment in that field though, but definitely no worse than stock which is fabulous)... so... much sportier handling (had to change suspension for YYS harder one due to having very heavy bones ;) ), and still fuel efficiency... I'm thinking of remaping it like on this video and hopefully reach something around 65hp, but the real bottleneck of this bike is breaks... (and suspension if you reached three digits in kg like ages ago)... so I'm looking towards upgrading breaks now as unfortunately there is only one rotor on front wheel... but sadly, not much could be done about it really

    Im little bit confused. So the graphs tells us about 56 hp, and someone said/wrote that it was 6 hp gained?
    All and all i dont think its worth the effort.
    Just buy tracer, versys, v-strom, tenere depends what you want to do with your bike...

    • @IdealBike
      @IdealBike  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes, the graphics show 56HP but in reality the final result was around 60 Hp and 70 Nm. That's depending on the price... If it's only 100$-200$ and keeps the reliability then it shouldn't be a high cost.

    • @dziamacz
      @dziamacz 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

For the Honda, apart from it's own funny perks... Like the frunk, super low center of gravity and between 2.6 and 4.0 L/100km. Id say no regrets because i did my homework on her before buying. It's more fun to ride a slow bike fast then the other way around. Did the Nürburgring with her, she held her own with the big bikes single disc in the front and all, plus her tires bubbled up nicely ✌🏻🔥
