I got mine to lvl 74, song of broken pines to lvl 80 and a broken set (2piece pale flames and then random artifacts) she's sitting at 153 crit dmg 47% cr, 2200 attack and I'm loving her. She's so much fun to play.
Eula is amazing! She's been my main since I pulled her, and has been a hard carry ever since! She's super F2P friendly too. Snow-tombed Starsilver is an amazing FREE weapon for her, with a Physical damage sub-stat.
Moga sacrificed everything for Eula meanwhile my brother already got her to max Ascension and leveled up all her talents in the first minute he got her lol
Even tho i don't have eula but judging by other streamers and utubers ig you should put silver starsword as eula's weapon for more physical dmg cuz she mainly does physical.. But its ur wish, i just advised u to put that.. Its all on you..
Just an fyi, if you E x 2 then hold E she drops a light fall sword, if you ult you only need one press E prior to the hold since the ult refunds one stack.

I'm just 30 wishes on the event banner and I wasn't hoping for a 5* but I was just building up my pity for the next banner since I got Zhongli with 11 wishes and luckily I got Jean instead of Eula. Now I can guarantee the next 5* character I'll be wishing on
i've gotten 2 solvents out of 15 (make that 16!) weekly bosses now, so far i'm not impressed haha, i don't get the drops i need and i can't even get the material that is supposed to help

Eula is the only character I fully invested into, and it was well worth because it’s super satisfying to hit basic attacks and melt enemies.

Don't worry, based on average drop rates you will probably wind up with more than enough. As long as you're doing all 4 bosses every week that is.
