    Your worry and stress free attitude about schooling your children is admirable. Something I truly strive for. Thank you for sharing your ideas and thoughts!❤

    Math has been a challenge for my 15 year-old since 6th grade. We started Denison pre-algebra and it has been so wonderful. She will likely stay with them through high school. It's the first math that works smoothly and well for my art-loving, science-minded, non-math-loving kid.

      I’m so glad to hear that you’ve been so happy with it! I think it’s going to be particularly good for my second son, which I would describe in exactly the same way!

    My two oldest are in 9th grade. We have always used literature based curriculum and I’m not changing now. They will continue to use primarily literature for all of high school.

    I did the same thing with math with my oldest. She is 13. Learn Math Fast saved us! She is set to start Pre-Algebra in a month and now I know she has a strong foundation. I don't know if we will stick with it now or try something else for Pre Algebra but sooo thankful for this curriculum. She does love or hate it but it gave me such peace.

    Hey Jess, do you have a follow up for how your curriculum choices went this past school year? I am also curious on how you keep track for highschool, maybe there’s a video somewhere? 🫶🏼

    This was exactly what I needed to decide to use your Language Arts for my reluctant writer! Thank you!
    Super curious about udemy also. What does using it through your library look like?

      I’m so glad!! So our library has a link to it on their website, and when you go through that link it asks you to enter your library card to create an account. It might be something you could ask your library to look into, if they don’t have the option!

    My boys love Nathan Hale! My nine year has described ww1 in detail after reading one of the books, he probably knows more about it than most adults 😅

    Do you have a flip through of Denison Geometry?

    Are the Learn Math Fast books meant to be written in?

    • @SiloandSage
      @SiloandSage  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes! There’s space to write in them, but it would also be really simple to write in a notebook, if you wanted to use them for multiple kids.
