  • Q3 is a pleasant and well kept private beach chalet on The Warren holiday park in Abersoch, Gwynedd. Benefitting from a generous private decking which is not overlooked, the chalet has a countryside outlook and plenty of space for entertaining outdoors.
    Internally the chalet benefits from a comfortable open plan living space with vaulted ceilings and double patio doors creating a light and airy feeling. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen comes complete with integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven and gas hob. There are three double bedrooms, and the master benefits from an en-suite shower room and built in storage. The chalet also benefits from a family bathroom.
    Externally the chalet benefits from private off street parking to the side for multiple vehicles, outdoor storage and a generous private decking to the rear.
    Site fees payable are in the region of £10,800 per annum. This does not include rates or utilities.
    The Warren benefits from a beach front restaurant (The Sandbar) and a club house on site. Leisure facilities available on The Warren holiday park which consist of;
