I agree with the last minute thing aswell. It makes me think, should I fix it? But some assignments, it hasn’t worked. I work well under the pressure though.
I also met one kid, who says he doesn’t study that much. Always gets 4.0s I did hw/ tutoring with him once. And he did the equations in his head. Also comes from a very a very caring family/ family meals. Where I was polar opposite. It makes me think of the nurture/ vs nature argument or whatever

I also work better under pressure and it’s tricky because some tasks require long term planning so I have to create the pressure for myself for each small milestone… I think it should be fixed because building a habit to be consistent will bring so much benefit for life. Better time management and less stress.

He said studies show, people have noticeable improvement 6 months in, in their lives I was actually really surprised. It’s like what you write, is bound to come true. Whereas before, I just thought of things; but never did them. Idk, like the journal commits it to memory I guess. The studies are true I suppose
Yes I know him! Ah interesting! I write journals as well but not regularly only when I feel lost. I think saying what you think out loud can inspire you think differently sometimes
