Three things to do when facing tough situations
    1. Realize what the situation is - analyze and understand the problem.
    2. Determine whether the situation is in your control or out of your control.
    3. Change the situation if it is in your control or change your perspective if it is out of your control.

It is a fact that nothing is fair in life . I know that life is full of suffering. I do not expect anything from life. I do what is need to be done . Be kind, be truthful , be helpful to people. Yes I am going thru struggles right now but I accept it wholeheartedly . Just keep going till your wheel of life stops. I try my best not to react on a negative situation . Walk away from toxic people. Thank you for the Buddha’s teaching . I learnt so much and is still learning . I don’t really think much about what people say about me . I focuse on myself and my well-being. Every day I always thankful for the gift of life. I am very grateful for the blessings and graces that come my way.I terribly adore and love Buddha’s teaching . And I applied it in life . Believe me I am so at peace with myself . Thank you . Thank you. Thank you. I listen to you everyday. 🙏🙏🙏

May the Lord Buddha teachings guide you.Im sorry for the situation youre in.Suffering is the truth of life and samsara. We all suffer in different ways. This difficult phase of yours will pass too.Its is very easy to say move on but difficult to do so.Our mind is like a busy road where thoughts keep on coming and going. If we just stay still and watch our thoughts and not react on them they will pass away. You need to find courage and start searching for a new job new goal.If life gives you lemons make a lemonade.Im sure you will do good sister.Keep faith

if nothing goes your way then stop trying too hard and relax then it may start going your way either through that thing you wanted or through another door. If you want to come out of a difficult situation then you relax like the Chinese finger trap - the more you struggle to escape the harder it gets. You dont run away from your suffering but you remain with it quietly and listen, from that comes the flash of insight - in the last moment the tides can change. The ancient greeks called suffering as passion and passion is energy. There is great energy in it.

    1. Analyse the situation; whether in our control , or not in our control
    2. If it is due to our own fault or mistake, change it
    3. If it is not in our control.... such as people criticism, view, behavior. Change our perceptive then.
Bonus: Unexpected things happen in life. And the nature of life is a little bit unfair sometimes. People suffer because we expect life to be fair.
Listening to this, feel like life has become easier and less stress.

First of all I would like to say that I was so happy to see a video put up here after quite a while.
Today's video has come at a time when I how been facing such circumstances for quite a while. "If we cannot change a situation we should change our perspective towards it". This sentence speaks volumes and is the best advice to all who are in this situation. It makes me realise that all this while I've been trying to change things which are not in my control. Now I realise that it's better for my peace of mind to let things be as they are and not to let them affect me.
Hope to see more such videos.

This is really true and life is mostly unfair and it happens in its own way. What we need to do is to just accept what is happening and grab the opportunities that comes our way. And i have always seen that if one thing does not goes your way let it go there are more and more things waiting for you focus on them. Life becomes easy when we accept that what nature is giving us is good for us and what is going is good for us. Life does not goes your way its okay but whichever way it is going trust the process and have faith that nature is the greatest planner and its plans are better than our plans. Namo buddhay ❤

It is true, I once in my live experienced exactly what you describe. This was the Golf war. We in Germany almost all were depressed, because we grew up with our recent fascist history and we were suffering a war was there again. I lived in Hanover, went to school, had to Referate, usually shy, I did not care. I had been sitting crying, talked in front of the class, sat down and went on crying.
A male teacher who taught type writing for a colleague, broke down crying over the type writer.
Finally in another class the teacher said, o.k. You can all go outside and join the protest.
Walling within the large groups brought some relief as long as we were there.
At home my friend and I continued what we did those days! We talked about it, watched TV about it, for the first time in our young life, we could not sleep, for the first time we bought wine, drank it before going to bed, in a way we never did before, to become in a mood where we just knocked out, which was for us both together a half bottle of wine.
We woke up again, because that is no real sleep.
In the morning we stood up very early to sit in front of the TV, suffering and listening to the horrors that happened.
After some weeks I said to my friend, you know what, we will ignore what is happening because we cannot change anything. What if we turn out the TV and read books, go for a walk. We were living in a kind of nightmare, but we were not forced to. We were healthy and outside in our town there was peace. We had good people around us and friends.
We changed our reaction to what happened. We slept at night again and felt better.
I still think, if one could change bad things that happen, it would be our duty to do what we can.
As there was really nothing we could do, it was what helped us.
Thank you very much for your advice and kindness. Again a time we all suffer.

Its not easy to bring his words into real actions but once you stay consistent and keep going, keep practicing, you cant imagine how peaceful your mind is, words can't describe Buddha's teaching
