Even manchester and Spanish town have a university, mobay has none. Hotels and tourism alone not cut it for locals. What is this Prime Minister talking about, the maintenance of the park should be the responsibility of the St James Parish Council, we pay our taxes. So, if he is bypassing the St James Parish Council and going to the NHT it means that Parish Councils are nil and void. There is no reason for the NHT to get involved as that is not what the NHT was created to do. The Parish Council should take full responsibility for the maintenance of the Park.
