It's completely unsurprising that when confronted with the concept of a street fight, Albino will use niche items like Pocket Sand (obtained in the beach region) to escape and save his run. Extremely viable when coupled with running shoes.

Yeah, cosmic ocean is essentially an endless mode. It does end, but it's really long (ends at 7-99) and the game doesn't really "expect" you to beat it, if that makes sense
