Loved this interview, thank you Nik!! I would love to send a thank you to Paul who I call my teacher, even though I have never met him and he would not know me. I have all his videos and books and took his online Functional Anatomy and do my best to incorporate and practice no two people have the same bones philosophy in my teaching of yin and vinyasa forms. Thank you Nyk Danu and Paul. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL. I have long-treasured Paul's DVDs. I think the first time I was in his class was at an Omega training. And I resonate with these experiences and principles presented. I was told where I could teach what types of classes. Ahhh! Rigid ideas seem inherently backwards in yoga. Encouragement to question everything - beautiful! So many nuggets. LOVED it. Namaste, Rebekah
