    When you tuck and arch the leaves in the way you do, it also kinda gives it a bow/ribbon look. Like there are bows/ribbons in the arrangement. Also with texture, gives the centerpiece dimension. Cute!

    Here are some interesting facts about Tulips, they used to be very expensive flowers they were even said to cost 10 times more than a working man's average salary in the Netherlands,during the 1600s, purple tulips means royalty, red means love, and white means I'm sorry. Tulips are edible.. Tulip petals are edible and can be used in place of onions in many recipes.
    Did you notice your tulips might have appeared to be taller after you had cut them? that's because if you cut tulips, they'll continue to grow in your vase for at least another inch. Tulips will bend and twist to grow towards light (even in a vase!).
    This one is for all math teachers out there. Their flower buds are known for being almost perfectly symmetrical. There is tulip called "Queen of the Night" because it is a rich purple color that looks black even in the sunlight.
    The tulip is the national flower or Turkey and Afghanistan.
    Tulips are clearly an intriguing flower with a rich history.

      COOL! Something else I didn't know before, but do now! I love learning things such as this. Some of that sounds good to know for herbalists too! Thank you very much for sharing!
      Did you know Rose petals are edible and healthy as well! And Rose petals can also be used in oils, and water for healthy skin, and it gives off an amazing subtle fragrance in comparison to manufactured perfumes. Rose water is amazing for use in hair again, healthy too! Rose petals can be used for some recipes as well as garnishment.

    BEAUTIFUL! How do you think this method compares to an electric candle or submersible led tea-lights?

    • @quintecehillstudioqdesigns
      @quintecehillstudioqdesigns  10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can use either, however I find that the flameless candles do not give off enough lumens to be bright enough to shine the way a natural flame does. Submersibles are also cool, however I still prefer the flickering of the natural light of a flame. It makes the texture in the glass dance around.
