  • Finally had a sunny day to go riding and several of my previous video's have been short, time wise. This one kind of makes up for that since it's a Full Length video. It was a tad nippy on this ride. It was minus 21 F when I unloaded the Beast. However, later in the day it warmed up pretty good ... all the way to 7 degs above freezing .... WOO HOO!!
I hope you enjoy the video and THANKS for watching!!!

Really liked the fade effect from one shot to the next and that snow! It is so thick on the tree branches but it doesnt fall off. Amazing! Thanks for sharing your ride with is Gunny!

Thanks Cubbeezx Guy ... you to CK ... The snow on the tree branches is thick & heavy this season. All we've had for the month of January is storms or cold cloudy days. We'll see if February provides any more sunshine & the snow falls from the branches.
Glad you guys enjoyed the video and THANKS for watching ... I very much appreciate it!! 👍👍

    Ahhhhhh yes, a morning coffee with Gunny . . . gotta love it! - - -
And WOW, it looked like an amazingly beautiful day! The SCENERY was amazing as usual! The blue skies, the snow on the trees and the pristine white powder. DANG that looks inviting! - - -
16:51 - YES, that's it! That's what I want to be able to do while I'm editing (if I buy the Insta360 OneRS)! I noticed the camera mounted to the top of your helmet. Have you tried mounting the camera on your chin to see what kind of shots you can get for a side view or a view of yourself on your machine? Or is that too close for it to focus on you? I've been researching them after you gave me all that info and I'm seriously thinking of getting one, but I need to figure out how I'm going to put it to use to know which model to buy. I once lost a camera by having it mounted to the top of my helmet, so I'm very reluctant to go that route. - - -
The footage you're getting with that camera and the editing you're doing is awesome buddy! Thanx for taking us along Gunny!

Thanks Q, glad you enjoyed the video. OK, to answer some of your questions ... Not sure about the OneRS, but since it's a 360 camera (and I assume the same Insta 360 Editing Program Comes with it) you should able to do that sorta thing, no problem. If you do get a camera, we can do some "Indepth" chatting and I'll try to explain how that's done (Keyframing is the key ... no pun intended).
It's a 360 camera with a lens in the front & at the rear of the camera. And it's about 4.5 inches tall, so I'm pretty sure a chin mount won't work. Wait, not sure about the OneRS size thou. But the two lens ... mounted at the chin wouldn't work ... IMO anyway ... and Trust Me, I've been looking into it because I'm not crazy about the camera on top of my helmet either. But it is what it is ........ sigh ........
Again, THANKS for watch'in and I appreciate you taking the time to watch it too!! 👍👍
