Athena embodies all the warrior virtues! She IS courage, integrity and loyalty personified! At every turn she STANDS firm and NEVER backs down. I served 8 years in the USN and I would go to war with Athena without hesitation.
@Pale Embers Unlike Boomer, she knew from the beginning that she was a Cylon agent. She doesn't have a leg to stand on when it comes to condemning traitors.
@@stephenwood6663 She didn't choose to be a Cylon. She picked the colonials as soon as she had a choice. The other Eights choose Rebellion and then wanted to run away again when it wasn't going well. That is the difference.
@@95DarkFire You'll recall that Athena only defected *after* fulfilling the mission the Cylons had given her - namely, to get herself impregnated. If not for that, she'd have been barely a footnote, strategically speaking. During the occupation of New Caprica, the Eights were part of the faction which believed that it was possible to co-exist with the Colonials. In the context of the Cylon Civil War, seeking Colonial allies was not a contradiction to their political philosophy.
@@artemsmirnov1134 My comment was made in jest, but since you raised the topic: they are indeed siblings. They are clones. That makes them genetic identical twins. As for personalities, I agree. Most siblings have different personalities. That makes them no different than the Sharons. Some got along with each other and some did not. Certainly sounds like siblings to me.
Good for Athena. Standing up to her entire model line and not taking any of their crap. She truly is the best the Cylon race has to offer.

Thank you for your service.
So Say We All.
Well said about Athena. I agree and thank you for your service, sir!
My favorite line in this whole series. "You pick your side and you stick! You dont cut and run when things get ugly!"
It's pretty rich coming from Athena. She's a lot more like the other Eights than she'd care to admit.

@@stephenwood6663 but she stuck to the human side and dumped her program to be humanlike. She was the 1st.
I'd love to walk into a room populated entirely by Grace Parks...
I thought the same. That would be awesome!
that was the wall thing that looks like human connective tissue coming down. the sound effect.
Sibling rivalry.
they are not siblings. Siblings' personalities are different. That's why they choose rivalry instead of cooperation.

DAMNNN!! so many sharons.... oh hell yeah xD
*giggidy giggidy*
Same design but different mentality.
Great line
That was Boomer's problem in a nutshell.
They different
Kono heaven...beautiful...lol
mmm sharon clones
Oh yeah 😎 😁
man that sounded disgusting at the bigining, what was that?
Cylons are biomechanical machines same Centurions, Cylon Raiders and BaseStars.
its the same thing they used in wraith ships
You know. You're right. The inside of the Cylon Basestar looks just like the interior of a Wraith Hive ship from "Stargate: Atlantis."
its possible they reused the "props" considering most of the cylons were also in sg1.
This scene has a Junji Ito vibe.
Hottest woman on BSG
Really?
