It seems so much more sad since Lisa Marie passed away. She was the last real connection we had with Elvis.
It is sad, it is really sad the way she went, much like her father and her ex husband according to TMZ on Tubi.

It is amazing to me, that the last couple times, I have been to meditation garden, I have seen girls in their teens - early 20s crying and breaking down at the grave of Elvis all these years later. My granddaughter came home from preschool crying, because someone told her Elvis had died, that was in 2013
Can you imagine how many tears have been shed at his gravesite since he has been gone?😢

I can’t even begin to imagine. Lisa’s death has brought new sadness to the mansion. Most of us were not there so soon after Elvis had passed away, so it wasn’t so raw. Lisa Marie’s death has not been that long ago and no one has had the chance for proper healing of the sadness that another Presley life is gone. Dare I say the only one we could trust to tell us honestly about her father. Only time will show us now the fate that will become of the legacy of the Icon Elvis Presley! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
We were there in 1999. There were several woman on their hands and knees crying uncontrollably. It was very sad moment almost like it was his funeral over again.

I remember when i was there 10 years ago, I cried when i got to the meditation garden, it hit me hard what a magnificent human being he was.
Thanks for watching, I only get to Memphis every few years, but when I do, I always make an attempt to visit the Garden. It was emotional for me the first time I went there in 2003 ish. Now, I am just in awe that on a random weekday in June at 730 am, the crowds this place draws.

it's so sad that Lisa Marie is gone. Though she is gone, she will live on, as long as everyone remembers her. May her spirit rest in peace in God's Kingdom.
Her cause of death was just released like yesterday or so, I was surprised.

My heart broke and I cried to see them all in their Graves I still can't believe they are all gone it is such a sad lonely feeling graceland looks so empty and alone I can't stop crying thank you for sharing

I have never signed the wall, my mom did 4 months before she died. I am so happy she got the chance. She had always wanted to go to Graceland.

@Sonxxx I wanted to explain what I know about those walls. Elvis had those built after he had moved into Graceland. Since that time millions of people have written on those walls. It is a way to leave your mark on Elvis’s world, a way to say something to Elvis, a way to say hello or goodbye to the Presley family. Getting the chance to leave a message behind at Graceland has been a tradition probably since those walls were out there. No one has ever minded that they are written on because it is understood why they are written on. As an expression out of love for the Presley family and most of all Elvis! ❤️. TCB⚡️TCB⚡️TLC❤❤❤❤

5 generations there, such a short space of time. From 1958 to 2023. Only 65 years for them all to die.

Thanks for watching! We only live once, if your desire is to go to Graceland, you really should. I live 5 hours from Memphis, I have made a few trips. Though I have only been through the house once, I always stop at meditation garden it is open to the public for free from 730-830 am.

I have been an Elvis fan since I was a child. I just turned 6 yrs old when he died, I remember that day, it is one of my first memories.

Lisa is not next to Elvis, she is next to her son. Vernon is on one side of Elvis, his grandmother Minnie Mae on other side

Priscilla request to be buried next to Elvis shld be denied. Let's not forget she divorced Elvis, she is not his widow. She was with her son's dad for 22 yrs. She shld be buried by him with her son or by her parents. The thought of Priscilla asking this makes me sick

There is no room next to Elvis for a burial, there are graves on either side of him.

@@EvanBakerian Graceland has 24 hour security. I don't know if you have been to Graceland. But you have to pass two Security shacks to get to the graves.
What other star can u go up to their grave? None but Elvis Presley. Everyone shows such respect, no violence. Just what Elvis would want & be thankful for.
Actually, you can go to a lot of graves of stars.

After writing the good about those walls that surround the beloved home of Elvis and Lisa Marie, there is more. I didn’t want to write this with the good but feel the need to write about this: During the time of all the upheaval of The Black Lives Matter movement, Graceland’s walls were truly vandalized! Some person or persons went and wrote terrible things on those walls in the middle of the night in paint! It was not done in admiration type of way as all of the signatures and notes are done. This vandalism was done under the cover of darkness in very large paint written letters. In the early morning hours the staff and volunteers were already out at the walls scouring and washing the paint off of those walls so that fans did not have to see it. Now imagine all of the names of people leaving their words to the Presley family and all of the names and all of the dates. None of those can be rewritten. It was such a sad sad day for Elvis fans to see the sight of that vandalism all done in the name of Black Lives Matter! I think if all the tears that were shed over the senselessness of that act! The act that caused fans to cry thinking of their parents or perhaps themselves that had written on those walls from who knows what dates maybe 50 years or more ago, some maybe a month before. It doesn’t matter when it was written, because a lot of the walls were scrubbed free of the messages, names, and dates that were covered by that paint that covered those walls on one dark night. I have wiped out the memory of when this happened you’ll have to look it up on Google or the newspaper. I just wish I could wipe away the memory of the whole sad occurrence and the sad vision of seeing that paint being washed off of those great walls in front of Graceland! 😢
It is sad when vandals take upon themselves to destroy/deface private and public property, I seen a lot of that in the St Louis area.
