I know Jayme too and he is a great guy. Bought a skinning machine from him about 8 years ago and it is still working strong. Give his baits a try, you won’t be disappointed. Great video, thanks for sharing.
That's EXACTLY what I was waiting for you to go over. I'd asked about the gambrel a few videos back and you said you were working on this video. We have a machine like that, but not the gambrel that you have. It does make skinning a LOT easier. Thanks for sharing.
Looks alot like the one's I build, I modified mine to reverse skin no blood running down the pelt. I sell mine for two hundred 75.dollers. great video, good luck this season. Kentucky trapper.
Get a heavy rod and attach it to your hook with a heavy washer welded on then use dog choker chains on the legs and you can set them at whatever space you want for coon or coyote or any size critter
Mine is extended out to 10 feet and that works well on any coyote I have caught. I have a 12 foot ceiling in my shop, so it works out well. I originally extended it out to 9 feet and that will work, but would barely work and on a bigger coyote was just a little to low.
I want to buy one of these but I’m thinking I’m going to have to make one because from what I read online he doesn’t make them anymore. Do you know the size tubing used in the main back pole?
I got the beam and attachment from F and T and purchased the backer board from Lowes and cut it into two pieces to fit behind the beam. I have no complaints with the system as I can adjust the height to save my back and then just lay a piece of plywood down to protect my floor and use a small metal trash can to collect the debris as I flesh
Ok thanks my ceiling is at 9 foot 6 inches I can make that work, the coyotes here in South Dakota are not any bigger than yours I would not think. Anyway thanks enjoy your channel.

How much ceiling height do you need fully extended

Not sure about size, but your coyotes have much better fur :)
