State PHC across many states have accute shortage of doctors either or they are not getting paid timely..... I don't know about current situations, but before Delhi MCD elections, government hospital young doctors were complaining of not getting their salaries on time, and so they were on strikes as I had seen on news.....
There are varying issues like Demonetisation , Electoral Bonds, law regarding Seditions and hate speeches, which are currently ongoing in SC hearings, I guess....
Deshbhakt does video on various current ongoing topics, which the pathetic mainstream media doesn't for which I like and have been a long-time follower because of comical satire....

All she's implying is that, even if you know for a fact that your parents are poor and can't afford luxury, you wouldn't let them down by mocking their financials in front of outsiders just so that they get ashamed and fulfill your luxurious needs so you can flaunt your wealth in front of your wealthy friends. Instead you should understand that you're part of the family and as a family you don't have the ability to afford luxuries, so you gotta work harder.
