- Our weekend exploring one of the world's largest oases - Al Ahsa! Al Ahsa is in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and is an UNESCO World heritage Site. We stayed at the Al Ahsa InterContinental Hotel and visited the amazing Jabal Al Qarah Caves, the famous Jawatha Mosque and 200 year old Qaisariyah Souq.
