Here's a little trivia. The actress who portrayed Nami in that One Piece commercial is someone who portrayed another anime character back in the early 2000s.
Her name is Rika Izumi (Went by Chisaki Hama) and she portrayed Sailor Mercury in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (live action Sailor Moon)

The Cadbury commercial was literally the most talked about commercial in the UK that year, it was plastered all over the news at the time and the extended cut was 90 seconds long. It was iconic!
It was just as big in New Zealand, the ad was everywhere, and it was around for a long time, as far as ads go anyway
The “indeed” ad makes a lot of sense, as everyone in the straw hat crew have different job titles. It just really throws you off in the beginning but at the end, you get it.

Actually Japanese commercials did have some sense in them for japanese speakers. in one piece commercial they were literally just singing 'job search is through Indeed' and and the sushi one the guy says at the end 'we find the finest fish for our sushi' which they conveyed through judge at the talent audition.

@@kyle18934 that was not my intention behind that statement. usually women cheat on their partners when they are deployed, and that's what a lot of guys are worried about when they're abroad. if she's cheating on you alraedy, you can enlist now and have less things to worry about, because she alraedy cheating.
