Today we're reviewing the AER TRAVEL PACK 3 XPAC Edition. Whats your thoughts on this bag? This backpack is one of the best out there and if you're wondering if you should spend more than $250, this video should help you decide.
For travel and general use i think this bag is unreal. the amount of compartments and quality of the XPAC material makes it great for traveling, eliminating check in bags and all round just a way better travel experience.

Good video! Finally someone who can actually make a video on a backpack that shows all it's features whilst not taking 25 minutes!
P.s. please make a follow-up video and let us know how you went with it on your next adventure! I too am sick of travelling with checked in luggage and am looking to switch to this exact pack to start one-bag travelling.
Haha that’s exactly what I was trying to make, I wanna make the videos high quality but just testing the overall format or type of video atm. Thanks !!
Yep will do, so far it’s really good, I’m travelling now with it. Can lock my things in it plus bike lock it to my bed and it’s all safe
@@willpalmeer great to hear that is going well for you! Would you recommend this bag for someone who doesn't travel with much tech?
I really like the bag, but I feel like all that tech organisation might be a bit overkill for me as I don't travel with a computer or lots of photography equipment etc.
@@_dreko yea I think you could save some money ! Maybe look at pakt new bag coming, still expensive or look on pack hacker website from best to worst and price
Appreciate, conversational, no hype reviews, thanks.
Thanks for the perfect review, dude! Keep it up✌🏽
Haha thanks legend
Amazing review, really like how you went through explaining all the compartments to know all the utilities of the bag! I'm really struggling between this and the Code of Bell XPac Evo, and i can't make the call XD ps: best background view ever!!
Thank you, I’m really likening the bag. 1 months into using it, if you don’t have tech maybe just the pakt or save money and get osprey 35
I decided to purchase it because of your video. Thank you for the good video.
Good choice, I’m still travelling with it and love it
Very helpful! Thank you, will
Glad I can help
Were you able to use this pack for a multi-month trip as you mentioned at the start of your video? Great review thanks 🙂
How many pair of shoes would you say fit? I tend to put 3 in my carry on which takes the entire right side space. I own the Gym Duffle but use it for that and it’s not looking great for flying lol.
There’s 1 feature I NEED after doing a ton of international travel: a pocket on the front strap the size of a passport (that I can also add wallet and phone to free me up)
There is nothing worse than having to constantly take a backpack off and on when you’re taking a bunch of flights. This is why so many ppl buy slings and crossbodys. Why won’t someone pls combine them so you don’t need both
Can you do a comparison video of this to Cotopaxi Allpa 35L. Trying to decide between the two. I wonder why this is $279 , when the Allpa 35L is $200.
I only want to buy this bag in the smaller size bc of the compression straps. I go to uni and sometimes I take a change of clothes and a lunch depending on the day I’m having so I want to be able to carry that but when I’m going to work I would want to compress it to just have my MacBook and iPad and an extra t shirt plus a light lunch
hey bro im stuck between the 3 small regular and the xpac 3 regular, the front looks more messier on the xpac than the regular small. besides the obvious color difference inside which one looks color is in black?. I;m stuck cause I know the materials are different but both are waterproof? not sure
I really like the xpac, but don’t think it’s necessary. If you plan on using it long term and putting it though some intense travels possibly but other than that probably don’t need to
Great review, but I cannot believe you are wearing a down/puff jacket the entire video and not sweating to death! Must be a good jacket!
You were able to fit months of clothes in this??? One pair of shoes and it’s game over
are the zippers quite hard to zip on this xpac version? other reviews have indicated so. you think this xpac version is more durable than the regular 1680?
Zips are fine, just shows they are good quality, and I just have it incase
That backpack is insane!
So good ay!
Great review, could you let us know how well you were able to pack stuff and for how long?
Yea it’s been great, kinda squeeze some stuff in but it’s perfect
A rain cover for the bag? Than what was the point of getting the xpac?
I just have it incase
😂😂
AquaGuard Zips still have open seams.
Can you fit two laptops in the laptop sleeve?
Found the OE-er lol
Look at that view
Yea!
Have any videos where you actually pack it? This is just a quick unboxing, but you don’t really show what it can hold…
Do you think I can use this as an EDC backpack?
What is edc ?
@@willpalmeer Everyday Carry. If I can use this bag for my daily commute
@@carlosgraterol Yea I think it would be perfect, is large so maybe you'd need the small version?
"Pocket for smaller items as well" Thats the dedicated AirTag pocket Einstein 😂😂
This backpack blows. So
Much padding, def not for rough travel.
I’ve been using it for 2 months travelling, it’s great
