I am using Gixxer sf and fully satisfied with this amazing machine... I think people see this underrated bike
Gixxer is a proper bike, abhi xmr me bhut kuch kaam baki rhega... Hero ki first time hai abhi DOHC AND liquid cooling me to thoda wkt lgega... Bt overall xmr is banch mark for 200cc bikes... Bt gixxer is a proper cheap 250cc bike with awesome engine

Proud onwer of the beast Gixxer Sf250. Great fit n finish, Great power...so smooth, Excellent ride quality, Very good handling, Amazing mileage of 38kmpl in the city(if ridden at 70-80 speeds, push any further n still getting minimum of 36kmpl).
Major missing of a better windscreen(stock windscreen is useless, so went for aftermarket one which serves well).
The horn is soooo Scoooterish.
Needs better n attractive color options.
Never felt the need of USD forks, but addition of a slip n assist clutch would have been great.

Gixxer 250 is a sales failure. Good motorcycle but can't figure out why it is not selling in India.

Mai gixer ke sath jaunga. Kyunki mai abhi hero per trust nahi kar sakta. Suzuki is better I think. In look. R15 ka visir lagane ke baad to bohot acha look ayega
Agar comparison kar rahe ho toh ek baat janlo gixxer sf250 har jagah pe available nahi hai, par hero xmr available hai.

bhai I can get the gixxer 250 for cheaper since the csd prices are much lower. the top model on road for the gixxer sf 250 is 2 lakh to 2.1 lakh in csd while 2.5 in showrooms. The karizma is yet to be listed on the csd market and having ridden the gixxer 155 I really love the acceleration on the gixxer. I am just disappointed that they have removed the led on top of the console cluster since that helped me know when to shift as the bike is very silent as well as the lack of any colours available for it unlike the 155 which has the blue as well as the glossy black colour which I honestly prefer over the matte black of the one on the 250
