Karizma
Suzuki Gixxer ❤

Suzuki gixxer sf250
Karizma
Its hight time Suzuki should launch facelift version of Gixxer SF250 with taller wind shield and comfortable pillion seat and last but not least slipper clutch.
I own a Gixxer sf250. It is an amazing bike no doubt but it has its fair share of cons. I feel in the discussion, few things were unfairly in favour of Gixxer. Instrument console in the Gixxer is bang average, surely I would pick Karizma’s console anyday. The gearbox is pretty clunky and not that smooth as expected (this point was covered but still worth a mention). Karizma has a slipper clutch, not to forget.
Fit n Finish is OK OK, nothing great ! Already see one crevice slightly wider than the other in my Gixxer. Surely the Karizma cannot be behind in this one if not on par.
Also the windscreen, hands down Karizma’s windscreen is better. The one on the Gixxer is useless and the after market ones wouldn’t go a long way as they don’t blend as well with the bike. Vibrations is another issue to discuss. Engine is very viby after 5k rpm, its not unsettling at all but the Vibrations could have been slightly lesser. Have heard no such complaints on the Karizma.
What goes hands down in favour of Gixxer is the looks, feel and the performance. It feels like a big bike FOR SURE. In these 3 aspects, you cannot get enough of the Gixxer and its a bit sad when you reach your destination and have to park your bike.
Just my 2 cents. No hate. Love both the bikes.
Don’t know which gixxer you have, but it seems like you don’t know how to maintain a bike or got a faulty one. I own v strom 250 engine is butter smooth gear and clutch action is bit hard but not clunky because of not having slipper clutch.
@@bibhabmohapatra8548
There are slight buzz at 4-5K RPM. until 2nd - 3rd service. apart from that Engine is butter smooth.
You get cluck noise while 1st gear. Apart from that noise, rest all good. No false neutrals.
I ride from Agra to Nagpur and again Nagpur to chennai in 2 days in Gixxer. After completing 28 days touring in Himachal, Ladkah, j&K, Punjab, Delhi.
Such a smooth and reliable Suzuki.
You must have some mechanical issue. There is little to no vibration in Gixxer at 5k.
Are you pretending to be a gixxer owner to praise hero... You are the only one who complain about gixxer engine
This discussion is always unfairly biased towards Gixxer. Here are some points:
Who prefers a winner in looks and riding position in a comparison review! These are all purely subjective matters. Then the console. Gixxer's negetive LCD is easier to read under direct sun. In every other aspect, be it information, updated design, navigation and BT, and night view when you prominently see those always, Karizma's unit is miles ahead. Not to mention, Gixxer's unite has a large blank space! Really. Now highway performance. Karizma does not struggle in highway speeds (it will happily climb upto indicated 130 kmph, and then it takes a little time); it can maintain a continuous cruising speed of 125-130 kmph (and it doesn't feel strained), and it has faster speedo indicated 0-100 time than Gixxer, although it has more torque and you don't need to rev it that high to access the performance. Bore and stroke figures of these two bike talk here.
Handling: dial in correct preload, and the Karizma can very well keep with the Gixxer! Surely it is not behind the Gixxer. That is for sure.
The discussion goes into handling, but not in braking because Karizma's braking performance is much better, has much more stopping power that Gixxer's. Gixxer's has a slightly better feel. That's it. Otherwise it is worse than Pulsar's unit.
Also, this comparison doesn't touch upon after-sales experience. Gixxer is going to be costlier to maintain; it is going to be harder to find the parts, it has worse mileage than Karizma, and Suzuki's service network is nothing compared to Hero. So servicing your Suzuki is going to be a hassle.
Now, can you pick Gixxer blindly over Karizma?
All other points are fair enough.
Well said❤️
Gixxer sf250 is better in every scenario. Xmr is no match.
@@celtic_rider01 That is, if somebody keeps their logic under the pillow.
@@tathagatahalder I am the owner of Gixxer sf250,so I can say that, the power , performance no match. Bigger tyres, fit and finish. Though it needs some upgrade. But it's still unbeatable in top speed in the segment. It's an eye catchy I can certainly tell you that in motogp colour.
@@celtic_rider01 Now I get the reason behind your fascination with SF 250!
its 2nd week ok 2024.. and I still havent seen a XMR on road..
I seen 4 bike in chennai
Me too haven't seen
I wanted to buy Gixxer so bad but I'm getting my delivery of Karizma... I love both the bike but the simple reason is after sales service.
it might be bad but not that much. it’s a gem Japanese bike hero no match
@@lethalleader5934 i agree... Just that there's not much part availability and farce service centers.
Where r u from,is part problem really that bad?
@@ravijr4275 I m from mumbai but service centres suck here too.. I can even imagine if I get stuck while traveling somewhere.
@@AakashKale27 unbelievable that, there is parts problem for big company lyk suzuki & that too in big place like mumbai.
Definitely the Suzuki. Proven reliability❤
Being an XMR owner for a month and ridden 900 kms I would say the build quality, fit n finish and engine refinements are the best parts of Karizma. There is mild vibration but it does not get annoying. Also, on higher speed, the vibes tend to calm down considerably.
Riding the karizma is very very comfy as I have ridden it for 5 hours in a day but did not have any back pain or shoulder pain.
The grunt of the engine is superb and exhaust note is unmatched.
Gixxer look-wise is an outdated bike since nobody will turn heads when you are riding a gixxer but when u ride XMR specially yellow one like mine, you will be noticed by almost everybody on road.
Instrument panel of gixxer, exhaust design, colour schemes, tail light are no match for karizma XMR.
Mileage of Karizma is around 40 after 1st service. I dont know about gixxer.
If there is any manufacturing or mechanical fault in XMR, hero is replacing the parts free of cost. Will you get it in gixxer ?
how is the suspension on bumpy roads?
I Love Both Bike
Gixxer sf 250 are best bike 250cc categories bike...
Gixxer sales report said everything😂
Due to lack of showroom and Service centre but without any doubt Suzuki Gixxer sf 250 is Great Machine Ready to Fck R15M ,RC200 anyday in any Race 😅😅
@@finerider07 i think suzuki has not intrested in making updated models of gixxer 250 series.
@@arunsworld1398 and bro if Suzuki leave from India Suzuki Gixxer fans missing his legacy👈 believe that 🗿🏍️
Xmr best
Sf250 owner
Biggest con of sf250 is suspension is horrible on bad roads , great on highways.
Seating position ok for short trips but not for all day riding
Great engine ,smooth, makes you happy on highways , looks great in motogp colors
Great handler , great flickability , Good head light for night time
Gives big bike feel.
Change the suspension
Only Karizma ❤❤
Team gixxer
team gixxer
No comparison gsxr is OG🗿
Motorcycle journalist should at least be aware of some history. Gixxer looks nothing like a Busa, it shares resemblance with gsxr 750 2008-10 edition. The front is almost the same as that legendary motorcycle.
Gixxer sf any day❤❤❤
after launch of karizma, gixxer sales have gone into deep sea...
so it looks like it is a suzuki sponsored video.
Very questionable comparision .... these bikes are sport tourers and committed position is ur pick ? U think that is more comfortable for daily use ? or sport touring ?? City riding ? ..no..this channel instead of saying this they say it way nicer terms like sportier , feels like guxxer official sponsored comparision lol😂
If u want to attack corners do sporty things why would anyone choose 250cc at the first place.
From which angle this Gixxer lools like Busa..??Can you please explain?
😁😂👍🏻
Bank balance angle
Karizma
Karizma always game 🔥
But still it's not well finished product
Next gen will be well finished i hope
its good that its english
Gixxer guy is from Suzuki company? Not sure why he is so obsessed.
Because gixxer really worth all these praise.
@@bibhabmohapatra8548 ya hv seen suzuki vehicles n their service, dnt brag
No Match With SF250,
Like CBR
NOW CBR IS NOT COMING & EVERYONE MISSING,,,Definitely you will miss The Sf if if stop manufacturing
You guys are wrong about design. Gixxer look too old and ugly. While karizma looks fresh n stylish. Although i dont own any of this bikes. Still by just look of this any day karizma is a winner. And gixxer i dont know how can you even relate to hayabusa design language😂😂😂. Yeah there is gxr 1000 which might resemble a little, but everyone know how that bike looks tooo😂.
Dont take hayabusa in picture. Thats a most handsome machine in the world and gixxer is i think ugliest bike in its category
you don't own one then you have something to say tf keyboard warrior loser
Paisa nahi Mila India brand se
Gixxer 250 poor sales
Karizma Always Game 🎯
Better xmr, Suzuki build quality very bad
Which world are you from ?
@@bibhabmohapatra8548I guess he wanted to say after sales service , because it is pathetic from suzuki all over the country and I’m saying this because in many videos I’ve seen people complaining about suzuki’s after sales service which is much more crucial and important than 10-20% better fit n finish or some minor quality advantages
Kaha se aaya pagal
@@akashhaldar721😂😂😂
Koun se gola se aaye ho bhai .
If this is your comparison comparing not to shift butt for hard cornering you are lazy riders at best. Better buy scooty pep than motorcycles. 😂😂
