Hey Brian. The Campchef SG24 is on sale at Target with either the Searbox or sidekick. Which would you choose as the better buy? I would love a sear box if it truely gets to 900degrees, solely for the fact we cook a lot of steaks. However, I think the sidekick would introduce us to cook a bit more breakfast related items outside. How hot does the sidekick get? Would it be hot enough for a great sear on a steak?

The Blackstone, a professional- restaurant grade griddle, on average, is at least $50.00 cheaper than the Camp chef. Also, the Blackstone can be bought at Wal-Mart along with all of their accessories such as the Breakfast kit, Smash burger kit, Griddle tool kit, cover and much more. Brian Eibner Home Browns is funny that is why I wrote that but that is besides the point. Canola oil was renamed because rapeseed oil doesn’t sound very appetizing. Sounds like a plan. Hibachi, do a shrimp fried rice?
Dope. You inspire me. Hardly ever experience inspiration. Wanna open a business?
Sure, what do you have in mind? 🤔

Yes most definitely, wash away that starch. Season, cook till tender and enjoy. Thanks for commenting and watching.
Or you could go out to eat.
Everything looks good except the eggs I like my eggs just about ever way you can cook them except that way
Basted have less oil. Thanks for sharing and watching
So this is essentially food porn.
👌 Thank you
Great video and breakfast!, if you have time stop by and check out my restaurant hash brown secrets!, keep the videos coming!.
Thank you, nice job on those hash browns. Do you really need to boil them first? Just cooks faster?
Brian Eibner you don’t have too but you’ll get nicer browning, more evenly cooked potatoes, and it takes half the time, plus they won’t brown on you like uncooked. It’s what all the good restaurants do that I worked at for hashbrowns. Love your griddle, need one of those!. And a bacon press!
love the burner!! but you yanks really need to know how to cook a proper breakfast! who in the right mind had potatoes with pancakes?? bacon and egg is a staple but come on guys why potatoes and pancakes??
This makes cooking in a regular kitchen really stupid
Camp Chef= Blackstone wanna be. lol
🤣🤣😕😕. I don't think so. The Camp
Chef by far is the better of the two. I have looked at several Blackstone models over the years and their griddle is just a piece of steel VS the Camp Chef has true seasoned surface, non-stick & ready to cook, micro adjust griddle levelers, built-in heat diffuser plates distribute heat, eliminate "hot-spots" and a wind screen. Blackstone says to "use washers to level griddle". Are they kidding 🤯🤯 Thanks for watching
