- One of the most HOLY GRAIL air-cooled Porsche's ever made. This deal took a few years to get finalized, but we are glad to finally have it home!!
This 1992 Porsche 964 turbo has only 26,000 original miles! The car was mishandled during transport and suffered some damage to the passenger side.

I’ll start my comment with I get why you used the torque wrench to remove bolts But I worked in the aerospace industry building flight controls for over 20 years, it was a huge no no to remove bolts with a torque wrench. It can damage the integrity of the torque wrench, we had to calibrate them monthly.

Thanks for watching Curt! I completely agree with you. I didn’t even notice that we still used one of the torque wrenches to remove the bolts. I believe that wrench was one that he doesn’t use for torquing anymore. Appreciate the kind words and input ✊🏼

I guess there's a reason why you got a deal on it. it probably needs a lot of money to get running. which probably goes for most older Porsches. I once considered buying an older Targa. I think pass on that idea for now. Also, hopefully you'll take your time and fix this one the right way, not the cheap slavik way. After all its not a civic.
Yea it was a deal compared to what they are selling for but some might think it wasn’t worth it. Doesn’t need much to get running at all, these forward fuel pumps seize if the car sits for a few years. We already replaced it and it’s purring away. Part 2 will be out this weekend. I agree with taking our time and spending the $ on this car, which we will. Thanks for watching
Oh man...my friends and I pumped out a tank full of gas into home depot 5 gallon buckets from an old 1985 celica project car. Watching you guys pump gas into a bucket got me nausea again ...lol. You guys didn't seem phased from the gas vapors!
