- It's a Friday here in Shirley, Ma, USA. We're coming from a different direction so we start off with one of the co-collect(trash&recycling) streets and then make our way to the Trash Only route. You're gonna see some packing, some flying trash and some goodies. ok maybe not. Just trash.
Things to remember, the guard under the divider panel is still broken, so it may leak stuff into the other chamber... it's on the to-do list
hopper door bracket is loose.. i know the constant clang clang is annoying.. try listening to it for 10 hours a day.

I bet for people who witness those kinds of trucks picking up both trash and recycling at the same time for the first time i bet they would be thinking : hey that truck is taking the recycling at the same time , they can't do that.

This is such a better way than the uk we have fortnightly collection and they now on about 3 weekly collections still no one has a clue in local authorities over here they think they do
most of my videos are of a 'fortnightly' schedule as well, these routes are built weekly for trash and biweekly for recycle but on a staggered map.
@@NashobaTrashTrucks I'm with you now hence why sometimes you just do blk bins and next you do both everything is complicated over here in the UK we have 4 bins per house food is weekly refuse/ recycling fortnightly also we have to pay the local authorities 50 pounds a year for a garden waste bin
A lot of the rubbish is blowing out the side of the truck as you're going down the road , over here in N.Z , you'll be done for unsecure load .

Seriously? Do you think waiting until the trash is compacted down would go a long way so the trash wouldn’t blow out and litter the roadway?? Overfilling the trash and then just driving down the highway like everything is secured ?? Now we know where the litter is coming from
your comment summarzies our society today in a tidy neat little bundle. Instead of blaming the individual who's job it is to clean up after thousands of people, why don't you make a statement like "wow, This is going to get me to advocate for me and all of my friends to actually bag all of our trash, instead of being lazy and just dumping it in the bin." Change your viewpoint to make a difference that can actually be felt. This individual doesn't have the time to stop at each stop and wait. They have to get home to their families. How would you feel if this was your spouse and they didn't get home till 10pm because they got criticized by someone like you and took that to heart?

Buddy, you don’t even know where half the garbage on the side of the freeways are coming from. Why don’t you get out there and start litter picking instead of bashing someone’s hard work?
