@@joey_the_farmdawg They grow fast! Our Broad breasted whites grew out in about fifteen weeks. I've been raising chickens for years. These were my first turkeys. And, little did I know that they are all feathered puppies... I'll never do that again. Ended up keeping two as full-on pets. They follow me through the woods. They fetch work gloves. Pip is great at helping me weed the garden. Lady-Bird is a diva. And, unlike dogs, they lay breakfast. 😄🥚 Best, JJ
@@JJLom777 awe Turkeys are so sweet and protective!! All of my livestock has pet privileges 😂 I rescued my livestock guardian dogs and they needed a job so along came everyone else 😆
@@fireman9093 time flies haha! Not sure what state you’re in but here in Montana, August (at least for me) is the time to start preparing the place for cold weather and snow that can some times come as early as October )which is 2 months away!!!) 🥶
