Mad, I was running these insane Genestealer lists with Swarmlord and Winged Chamleonic Tyrant before they gave us the massive buffs to synapse, strength, and points decreases. Gameplan was like you said to rush scouting forward and use leapers to screen. Dropping in Zoanthropes turn one to nuke an enemy is great as well.
currently kitbashing an exocrine with leftover bits from carnifex/tyrannofex - acid spray as canon. the staples are awesome but with around 60€ and more per model it's just so expensive :D. love that the tfex is rather on the cheap side, def need to get 1 or 2 more of them.
@@Oncomancer morel part of the torso with millipud or greenstuff. I am setting it up as if it was hiding under ground and is bursting out of the dirt/sand so I can just put sand effect paint over all the parts I don't have, letting the canon, front legs and head poke out
@@Kingmaster64That sounds very cool! I like the creativity👍🏻 One of the best ways I have found to grow my swarm is buying second hand at gaming conventions and on online marketplaces. People will part with large lots of battle-ready models to finance other projects or just get more space, and we continuing players can give them a new home and profit from a more fleshed-out army!
Very cool to see Neurogaunts in a list. 😊 Is there actually anything different to the Neurogaunt Nodebeast, or is it pretty much just an 11th Neurogaunt?
3d printing 2-3 of each large monster is very good for nids right now. Due to large variation, high price and gw tendency to just arbitrarily nerf/buff things too much.
I think the Neurogaunts are used to run up the board and increase Synapse range. Neurocytes: While this unit is within Synapse Range of a friendly TYRANIDS unit (excluding NEUROGAUNT units), it has the SYNAPSE keyword.
Thanks 👌 Nice best list spécial Tyranids 👍 Although they are good, some units are expensive compared to other factions. Hive tyran, Swarmlord and Norn Emissary. That's a shame.
Hi! Glad you enjoy the videos. I do like the list. It would be really nice to bumb the stealers up to 10 of them, but I'm not sure what to drop. Maybe the zoanthropes and put adaptive biology on the Hive tyrant? All in all, still a solid list.
@maelstromgamingstudios5240 that could work! I have at least 1 practice match before the tournament so I'll test it out hopefully both ways! I'll post back with how I get on in any case with my tournament place. Thanks for the reply mate!
@maelstromgamingstudios5240 Hi Craig, I thought I'd come back to let you know how I got on yesterday. I took some of your advice which I think helped. I placed 6th out of 22 players and finished highest amongst 4 tyranid players. My scores were 11/5/20 and my wins were against death guard and space wolves and my loss was against custodes. I'm happy with the results for sure! On to the next one!
Congratulations on 10k, that's awesome 😊 Curious, would you be willing to put down a Tournament Ready list for both Unending Swarm and Assimilation Swarm? I know you said they aren't really Tournament worthy, but maybe the closest thing you can come up with. I really enjoy those lists, I'm more of a casual player, but I like the ideas. Maybe just a mock up list of what you or someone may bring to try and get some wins with
I have an Assimilation Swarm list the I absolutely adore. If you look of some of my more recent videos you should be able to find it! Have yet to give unending swarm a go yet with the new nerfs.
@@maelstromgamingstudios5240 awesome, I will go and check out the video, and I will be looking forward to the Unending Swarm list 😁👍🏼 Thank you for the response 🙏🏼
I have a slightly wonky list due to starting with starter kits. Is it possible to make 20 termagaunts, psychophage, 6 von ryans leapers and barbagaunts work as part of one of these strategies?
I’m no expert by any stretch but last time I played them I was using crusher stampede, had a haruspex go into the cavalry with lord, timed it poorly so he attacked first killing him but I used the deadly demise strat knocking them down to 1 wound each and zoanthropes picked off the rest. Not what I planned but a damn good trade off 125 for 300
Ohh guys ... is it still interesting to play fixed objectives (behind ennemi line and engage all fronts) with the biovore and 3 ripperswarms ?? I can see we can cap at 38 points with this strategy. I had some succes in my small local meta but I didn't play very conpetitive. Some experts here to clarify ?

How are you doing that my friend? Have a friend new to Tyranids and I may want to help them out with this method

I 3d printed 3 exocrines. There are great rrsin modela around.
The Neurogaunt list is wild! I really like when ppl do something very different, would like to have seen his games.
Me too!

Love Master and Game Studios
A question. 2 Lictor can coming in rapid ingress at the end of the enemy movement phase ?
Thank you
Miztah just did an unending swarm vid. Maybe there’s hope for swarm
I think there is still some hope, but In my eyes it's not really the carpet of gaunts we want it to be.
Always excited to see your vids man thank you.
Glad to hear it!

I think an Invasion fleet list would work best.
Did you have a good list againts a 2k point heavy infantry space wolfs?
I’m no expert by any stretch but last time I played them I was using crusher stampede, had a haruspex go into the cavalry with lord, timed it poorly so he attacked first killing him but I used the deadly demise strat knocking them down to 1 wound each and zoanthropes picked off the rest. Its normally best to bring an “all comers” list rather than tailoring
Surprising lack of haruspex
Where did u get those glass storage shelves?
Ikea!
I need help against Astra militarum. I cannot beat them. Just too many tanks i get shot off the board. Any ideas? Thanks.
demo cannons, right?
Have you tried just being a horde? They in a literal sense shouldn’t have enough fire power to kill numbers and tanks are bad at OC
I tried a heirophant and 120 termagants, tervigon and few other units and still didnt win. Maybe less monster more horde still
Or maybe im just really bad. Thats a viable option lol
@@Hitman-os1sptyranofex is the way forward, They can absolutely destroy other tanks
I like the vanguard lists every other list seems to rely on exocrine and maleceptor spam
Yeah those two monsters are really holding up the faction right now.
3 fex’s with rupture cannons is mean 💀
